Dulce Vida Latin Bistro

Popped in here to grab dinner and was not disappointed! The place was recommended to us by the doorman, so we decided to order to-go. However, upon getting to the restaurant, we decided to eat at the restaurant; the staff was kind enough to plate our already-packed food so we could eat. Daniella and the rest of the staff were very attentive, kind, and accommodating. I had the small Bandeja Paisa which was a good amount of food for one person. The place was great as well as most of the food was gluten free, so great for those with or traveling with those with celiac. Will definitely be coming here again!

There are many Spanish restaurants on the upper east side , however here at Dulce the food is as home made as you can find . The Colombian flare and home cooked meals take you away from NY and into Columbia . The coffee is smooth , strong and spot on . While the service is great ! Hard working good people who enjoy working for the restaurant. I go out if my way more than once a week to find time here to have a coffee , espresso or a meal . 10/10!!

This place was much smaller than I anticipated. Only a few tables inside and a small outdoor seating space, which we took advantage of. I ordered the small Bandeja paisa, which in other restaurants is still very big. I can see why some would complain about portion size, but it was actually perfect for me. I was able to eat my plate clean. Everything was so good! I just wish they served a bigger piece of arepa with the bandeja. The servers were very friendly and gave good service. Would come back here.
