We managed to get there at a good time on a Saturday and only had to wait 10 min for a table. We ordered fried ravioli and a 6 slice Margherita, as well as cocktails. The cocktails came out promptly, but after 30 min our appetizers still hadn't been served. A table that was seated after us got their appetizers shortly after they were sat, we were still waiting for ours.
The place filled up quickly, and the kitchen and our waiter were clearly in the weeds. After being sat for about an hour, our waiter explained to his tables that the kitchen was behind and our pizzas would be out soon. The fried ravioli was served. They were good. Our pizza was served shortly after, and it was delicious, nice chewy crust, good sauce and cheese. The cocktails were very good, too.
Food was fantastic. We had the recommended Pizza and lobster ravioli and shared the 2 entrees. One of the best pizzas I can remember- great choice. Excellent service and good drinks. Great location but you can’t see the street due to the arrangement of the tables and curtains. We enjoyed our dinner and just looking around Times Square. 20% was added to our bill (2 people) but about what I would have left anyway so no complaints.
Paul's is located on the hotel lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn. They have some outside seating, which has a view of the ball. If you enjoy hearing the sounds of Time Square while you eat, ask to sit outside.
Best burger and best atmosphere I have had in a long time. The highlight of our NYC trip. The service was over the top. Don’t miss it.
Our daughter recommended we eat at Paul's & we're glad we did! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere amazing, & the service spectacular! Adis was our server & he was amazing. He was greeting & seating people, taking orders, delivering food & drinks. He's very efficient & friendly. But at the same time he made us feel relaxed & welcome.The gratuity was on the check, but I tipped him more. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely return.
Oh my god what an amazing experience!! My best girlfriend and I went here for dinner on our first night in New York and I must say I was thoroughly impressed! Such a beautiful ambiance and location, and the service was phenomenal! They made me a hand crafted Cosmopolitan (for my Sex in the City crave) as well as provided outstanding dishes! The lovely waitress that served us was just amazing and made the experience that much better! I would highly recommend this location and really hope to visit again!
Had a few drinks at the bar during happy hour. Our bartender Susanna was SO nice and made absolutely delicious drinks! Really nice environment and half off drinks aren't bad!
Our experience at Paul’s was excellent. We had the lobster ravioli with Alfredo sauce. The flavors were well-balanced, with a good portion of lobster. I was impressed by the service, especially our server Mili who was very kind and accommodating. I will return to hear here again.
Looked up a good pizza place and was recommended this one. Very very glad my family and I went. The restaurant is beautiful and the server we had was very friendly and consistently checked on us. Food was absolutely delicious. If we are ever in the city again, would definitely come back!
Restaurant is cozy and inviting. Servers were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Food was excellent. Antipasto plate and duck confit w truffle oil pizza were excellent. Veal and beef bolognese pasta and orchetti pasta w sausage and repeeni were excellent as well. Creme brulee was delicious. We used a groupon and added dessert and a bottle of wine to make it a to die for meal. I would recommend trying this place for a nice Italian meal.
