Delicious pork Xiao Long Bao! The crab ones were less good, but still delicious. Vibey place (a bit dark, nice atmosphere) and fair prices. Most things on the menu are under $15. Lots of seating. You order and pay on your phone... which is convenient but I'm not the biggest fan.

We had a very pleasant experience here. Food was great. It was my first time trying soup dumpling and I was very satisfied with the quality of them. The rice dish was also good. Portion was not too small. The service was good. No complaints at all. The food came out in an appropriate amount of time. The atmosphere was nice. Space is dark but tables are subtly lit. Very good experience but I didn't really get wowed by anything particular.

Really can’t point to any issues or problems. The food is good, all of it. The service is good considering how busy they stay. They are flexible and honor requests like combining tables, etc with ease. Did I mention the food is amazing and shockingly affordable? They have a small drink menu, so if cocktails or a wide beer and wine selection is a requirement, probably won’t meet what you need. But I’d still give it a try, you don’t want to pass up this place. Every dish we had was great so I can’t comment on which are better. I think they prepare everything well. I even liked a couple of dishes that I wouldn’t normally eat/order. Lastly, they don’t do that thing where everything has to go through your designated waiter. Busboys or seemingly any employee walking by can get you another beer or refill your drink, etc. They don’t say “oh I’ll go get your waitress.” Anyway for quality food at below market prices, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Came here on the holiday, the staff was outstanding with their service. Highly recommend if you’re craving for “ soup dumpling “ could be the best in the town. This time my favorites was the eggplant w/ garlic sauce, Sichuan Chili fried chicken was crispy and juicy which is the perfect combination. The Bao has the most authentic and modern atmosphere you can ever experience in nyc I guess. 5/5!

I was hungry and looking for a place to eat. At first, I didn't want to go in...but we did. The waitress came right away and gave us menus. Lunch specials are cheap. The serving size is filling. I ordered chicken with broccoli, and my hubby ordered beef with chilis...both were delicious. One bite of his dish made my whole head sweaty!

The service was quick. Food also took no more than 10 minutes to come out after order. Food overall was tasty, would recommend the Shanghai pan friend noodles. However, we ordered the garlic chicken from the entrees and it came with chips?? This wasn’t much of an issue but it just caught us off guard. It didn’t display anywhere on the menu it came with chips, had we known we wouldn’t have ordered it.

Really good consistent Chinese food served efficiently with RARELY any issues. Soup dumplings are not the best but good enough for the area. Comes out piping hot and flavor of the soup is excellent. Vegetables (green string peas, eggplant, mapo tofu, snow peas) are all solid choices. Think of this place as REALLY good takeout Chinese food and you won’t be disappointed. If I’m craving Chinese food and don’t want a major line like Sechuan Mountain House or Cheli, I come here.

The Bao is a culinary gem. The Spicy Wonton was a harmonious blend of flavors, while Colorful showcased creativity, though the super spicy red option might be intense for some. The black sesame bun was a personal favorite, a burst of rich taste in each bite. Don't miss the delightful purple yam sesame balls. A must-visit for an extraordinary dining experience.

Tiny spot in EV, doesn’t take res but we were able to walk-in on a weeknight. Staff is very friendly, inside is super clean, and they offer interesting xiaolongbaos (truffle, spicy) beyond the regular pork/crab meat. Scallion pancake was great too!
