Try medium to small and two person can have in same ,as this is very large by our standards
The place is not the best but I never tire of coming and to see the combinations being made in front of us. It's quite simple, but never disappoints. You can always opt to create your own option but the brownie a la cold stone or the founder's favorite are always won bets! Be aware of cup sizes!
I absolutely enjoyed the variety of ice creams here during my extensive stay here in Times Square NYC.
The lines are sometimes long , but always are moving at a constant pace.
The staff are very friendly and considerate. The service was excellent and fast!
The flavor range is extensive and there's a big variety of flavors that you can create your own delicious combinations with!
The toppings are also quite impressive from toasted coconut to the most well known rainbow sprinkles , there's always something that you will find to your liking!
The experience of watching your delicious combinations being made on a cold stone ( granite ) infront of you is exciting and original.
I definitely recommend you stop by for a Delicious scoop of ice cream to enjoy as you roam the streets of NYC and stores in Times Square !
The best ice cream you will ever put in your mouth .....but make sure you order wisely as the serving size is huge .A small size will easily serve 3 normal people ....if you're a foodie ..medium is the size for you....large is for king Kong.
I used to live in a place that had one of these, but I moved away. I was in NYC for only a day or two and figured I'd stop by and indulge myself again. So many choices of ice cream and toppings. When I went on the, the branch was understaffed, but the two women working there were amazing. They served a lot of people, very quickly, with smiles on their faces. Plus the ice cream was great. Can't ask for much else.
Amazing quality ice cream for really affordable price. Great value. Sometimes portion might be bigger than you expect so always ask if you don't want too big of portion.

Cold Stone Creamery was very quiet at 11AM and only one worker on the job, so the service was great. The creamery is really big in a Hollywood parlour style. with bar seating. The ice cream is really large portions and there are lots of choices and optional toppings, waffers or containers like chocolate and sprinkles waffle bowl. The sweet cream ice cream is made of heavy cream, nonfat milk, sweet sugar, corn syrup but also colour and thickeners. It's quite pricey but since you can't call this a snack but a legit meal it's okay.
Really nice ice cream and well worth stopping in for a treat. Queue was a bit long and slow the last time I was there but it was worth it. I remember going during our first ever visit to NYC and after tipping them the entire staff sang us a thank you song 😀
Came in pretty early in the morning. Place looked clean. Great variety of different cones and ice creams. Service was decent.
Love their ice cream! Ice cream sandwich was a little too sweet for my taste but overall great place to enjoy their ice cream selection.
The staff are efficient yet friendly. The ice cream is so delicious.

Could use better organization in terms of how you order and get your items. Expect a wait here. Otherwise the crew is fun and enjoy working and serving. They have wonderful choices and great serving sizes. Can't go wrong with their milkshakes either!
The ice cream at this creamery is always consistent. Cold stone never disappoints me when it comes to great tasting ice cream , and freshly made waffle bowls. The line is usually long , but the employees work fast to accommodate the customers. The waiting area is a bit cramped because the serving area takes up 90 percent of the ice cream shop.
Just want to let you that this is in the center and heart of Manhattan. There’s going to be a long line no matter what time of the day. But, hear me out! It’s worth the wait, the ice cream is fantastic especially when it’s super hot. You can add in toppings and it’s not that expensive compared to other places around there. I paid less than $15 for mine and it was a pretty decent size.
Good to pass by when you’re craving something sweet but don’t go when you’re in a rush to go somewhere else, it gets packed !!
