Cold Stone Creamery

The ice cream is great . I went to the store and the customer service is awesome my server was very nice , I think her name was Maria or Mariah or something along those lines . She suggested I taste the ice cream before I buy it because it’s my first time going there and she was right because I tasted a couple flavors that didn’t suit me before I made a decision . And then she kindly asked me to step down with her so she can add my toppings . The store was very busy and the line was very long behind me and she still didn’t rush me to decide . I will be back for more ice cream soon !

I used to live in a place that had one of these, but I moved away. I was in NYC for only a day or two and figured I'd stop by and indulge myself again. So many choices of ice cream and toppings. When I went on the, the branch was understaffed, but the two women working there were amazing. They served a lot of people, very quickly, with smiles on their faces. Plus the ice cream was great. Can't ask for much else.

Just want to let you that this is in the center and heart of Manhattan. There’s going to be a long line no matter what time of the day. But, hear me out! It’s worth the wait, the ice cream is fantastic especially when it’s super hot. You can add in toppings and it’s not that expensive compared to other places around there. I paid less than $15 for mine and it was a pretty decent size. Good to pass by when you’re craving something sweet but don’t go when you’re in a rush to go somewhere else, it gets packed !!

Cold Stone Creamery was very quiet at 11AM and only one worker on the job, so the service was great. The creamery is really big in a Hollywood parlour style. with bar seating. The ice cream is really large portions and there are lots of choices and optional toppings, waffers or containers like chocolate and sprinkles waffle bowl. The sweet cream ice cream is made of heavy cream, nonfat milk, sweet sugar, corn syrup but also colour and thickeners. It's quite pricey but since you can't call this a snack but a legit meal it's okay.

The ice cream at this creamery is always consistent. Cold stone never disappoints me when it comes to great tasting ice cream , and freshly made waffle bowls. The line is usually long , but the employees work fast to accommodate the customers. The waiting area is a bit cramped because the serving area takes up 90 percent of the ice cream shop.
