We got there, seated immediately, server was friendly. Food came out quickly. Got the biscuits fast and left full. Food was OK. My daughter wanted to come here and she enjoyed every bite and that was the main point. (5 stars on her end) my noodles were kinda hard but not inedible. I would go back, I would just order something different.
I loved every single detail of that place during my short stay in the US: food, staff, service, and the atmosphere. Taking a free photo of you is a good idea, and also, selling a bigger photo of you is a clever idea 😎 and a good memory, too. Prices are really reasonable for the cuisine and the location. Thanks to Fariza, the photographer. The food taste was exceptional. I highly recommend this place.
My Family & I visited Red Lobster twice during our vacation! We found it to have most flavorful food out of all of the restaurants we visited. We did have an issue w/hair in an order (Which is why ALL employees in food service should be required to cover their hair!) Management was very apologetic & fixed the issue right away which was appreciated. Other than that the food, drinks & overall service were good.
A Seafood Lover's Paradise
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently dined at Red Lobster, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a maritime theme that added to the overall charm.
The highlight of the evening was the food. The seafood here is exceptionally fresh and flavorful. I started with the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, which are irresistible. For the main course, I had the Ultimate Feast, which included a succulent lobster tail, sweet snow crab legs, and perfectly grilled shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right.
The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and ensured our glasses were always filled.
Red Lobster offers a diverse menu with options for seafood lovers and non-seafood enthusiasts alike. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you receive.
I highly recommend Red Lobster for a delicious seafood dining experience. Whether it's a special occasion or just a casual dinner, this restaurant won't disappoint.
Right in the center of NYC. The place is big. Great service and great food. Visited on black friday and the place was full but the food was ready in a few minutes. Our waiter's name was Rasheed. Very professional and polite. Made sure my folks felt at home. "Gracias Papi". Food was great. Big A+
So much food, the waitress kept bringing more. Finally, the rest was taken for the homeless. A y c e is different in Germany, everything doesn't come immediately, but gradually until you say stop. Very nice waitress and the homeless person was fed up too.
The food is always delicious. Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our meals.
And we’ve got no refill, which should be an automatic in service without asking.
In addition, they do not accept any electronically payment method with your smartphone.
And they charge you automatically the tip with 18% , from my standpoint also a no go.
In general they overall experience was pretty good as the food tastes good.
My server was Temple! He’s very attentive, professional, and a great asset to Red Lobster. He’s the type of employee, who makes the customers want to return to this restaurant. Prices are equated to the quality of the food you get. Environment? Phenomenal! It doesn’t get any better than that… it’s Times Square!!!
It is so peaceful in red lobster that you don't even realize you're in Time Square. Our server José was great, so friendly, and was making us laugh and checking in if we needed anything. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. It was overall a great experience. We went on a Saturday and was seated pretty fast.
Loved my lunch here! I went all out on getting twin lobster tails, which were delicious. In the post on Facebook, lots of likes by others too. Go here and enjoy yourself. But be sure to reserve ahead or call 4 seating ahead, because it's the theater district.
