Rare Chelsea

Wow! Just wow, wow, wow... !!! Thank you to the head chef because this was a gem of a find. My co-worker was staying in the hotel and we popped in to grab something lite to eat after a work team event, fully expecting the usual bar fare (we went into the area just off the lobby, not the larger area where the live music is). When the food came out we were so pleasantly surprised, and over the moon once we started eating. There were 4 of us, we ordered 4 small plates. The wrapped chicken came on a nice wood paddle and there were 5 perfect wraps. We expected tiny bar size bites, but these were bigger. It took 4-5 bites to eat one, just to give you an idea of size. SO GOOD!! We also ordered the poké, which came with a beautiful puffy rice "sheet". The tuna was fresh and delicious and plenty for 4 people. Next was the Truffle Potato Fripps - nicely seasoned, very nicely sliced, like an au gratin. You were biting into an actual piece of potato, not something thin like a chip. Several slices on the plate and plenty for 4 people. Lastly was the Corn Ribs - holy cow... !!!! Mexican style elote street corn - grilled and charred to perfection, but instead of the entire cob being served, it was quartered, which gave it the "rib" look. The corn was not over or under cooked. It was perfection, cooked yet still had a crisp to it. WOW were they good, and the presentation was clever. Anytime I'm in the area and want something lite yet flavorful, I won't hesitate to stop in again. In fact, I work a few blocks away and wouldn't hesitate to stop in and have dinner for one. We had the most amazing girls night here!!! Complete with truffle fries, pizza, and the best cocktails. 10/10 recommend the beach bar, the garden, or the Opry for cocktails and the Margherita pizza and truffle fries for food! Ask for Wilson to make your cocktails - he makes an incredible cocktail and is so personable and kind!! I’ve come back 3 times during my stay and always leave so happy!

Visiting New York for business and staying at Hilton. The drinks and food at Chelsea table and stage is amazing. The bartender is awesome. We ended up coming back to the bar 3 nights in a row to drink and/or drink. So convenient and so yummy! I think even if I don’t stay at the hotel, I will visit the bar 😊

Wilson was our server/bartender. Absolutely on pount with customer service and making us feel welcome. I had "the coffee shop" which is their version of an Espresso martini. Drink was dangerously tasty. Highly recommend this spot for some small bites and social drink. It's located in the Hilton lobby, skip the rooftop and hang here.

I have dined and attended shows at this beautiful venue. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly servers and bartenders who make the experience effortlessly fun. The upstairs restaurant and the downstairs theater have completely different styles and create such a serene ambience to enjoy a meal or a show. There is not a bad seat in house and the room is so large yet intimate enough that you feel like the artist is singing directly to you. The Piri Piri Chicken Wraps are excellent, they have a wonderfully balanced flavor of sweet and savory. They also have a really good 2-course lunch deal for $26-- you will not leave hungry! Highly recommend coming here for a show so you can experience the effervescent emcee Frankie, who takes the time to get to know guests and make their satisfaction a priority. It is nice to see people care so much about making the guest experience so pleasant.
