Patsy's Pizzeria

After an 18-hour flight, our first meal in NYC was at Patsy's Pizzeria, a longstanding establishment since 1933. Unlike many NYC pizza joints where you stand, Patsy's offers seating, which is a welcome relief. They don't serve pizza by the slice, only whole pies, so make sure you arrive hungry. The crust is a bit thicker compared to other NY-style pizza places, and the wine servings are remarkably generous.

I was in Manhattan, looking for an 8+ pizza joint on the One Bite app. Yes, the one bite app is great for pizza you’re looking for in an area. Now I like Patsys and I think it’s well deserving of the 8.6 It has on the app. Now I told a bunch of coworkers heard that I like this pizza, and they say I didn’t have good pizza. They said oh, you’re from California, you don’t know a good pizza. But I do know a good pizza that doesn’t have to be one best place to get pizza. Just look at this pizza. Crispy, savory, baked to perfection. 8.6 easy Food - 16/20 Service - 8/10 Atmosphere - 7/10 Total - 31/40 must try if you are in the area

Delicious pizza and pasta! The pizza was crisp on the bottom but also very soft on the inside. It was amazing. Amazing flavors from the sauce and cheese. Also I loved the soft crust here whereas a lot of other good pizza places make it too crispy. The pizza reminded me of the pizza I had in Italy. Also the pasta was fantastic as well. The clam white wine sauce was amazing and overall the dish was great. I’ll definitely be coming back as the prices were very fair On a Sunday around 4pm, the restaurant was practically empty. Definitely need more people here as the food was phenomenal!

One of the few honest Italian places left. The menu is appropriately small. Lots of sitting. They probably will take you walk in. The salads are good and the pizza is nice They don't limit the amount of toppings. Also the place has a nice clean bathroom. Which to be honest is a rarity in this city. Ideal place for a casual meal with friends or family without breaking the bank.
