The place is great for date night or any celebrations. The ambience is cosy and has a nice seating area. We ordered a burrata appetizer and margarita pizza with toppings. They don’t have many options in pizza, probably 3-4 but their crust and cheese is good. Nicely baked and fresh ingredients.
Patsy's is one of the top places in all of NYC for New York style pizza. We have eaten here many times over the years and absolutely love the pies. Opened in 1933, this Sicilian thin crusted pizza joint is still going strong today. Patsy's is definitely a top 5 place in New York City for some of the best pizzas that you will ever have in your life! The food is solid, but the pizzas, though, are by far the highlights of the menu.
Patsy's delicious pizza and atmosphere here saved us from our disappointment with the drone light show at Central Park. We hope to come back again! The service was a little slow but could be due to understaff. If not because of slow service, I would have given all 5 stars!
We were very impressed with our late lunch experience at Patsy's. We were seated immediately....our server Paola was helpful, friendly and attentive. The meatballs were undeniably the best we have ever had. The pizza was made to perfection. Our conversation with Ari as we were leaving was a perfect ending to our meal. Highly recommend this restaurant....sorry we are from out of state.
Simple, unassuming, family-friendly Italian restaurant in the upper west side with outstanding pizza. While this feels like a comforting neighborhood restaurant, the star here is really the pizza. The crust and sauce go so well together, and they don't overdo it with the cheese. So tasty! The pasta é fagiole soup is also very satisfying. The salad selections are a little dated by today's standards, but very traditional and well prepared. It was a great meal after a day at the Natural History museum nearby.
Fantastic pizza with great service, walked in with no reservation and sat down straight away.
We had dinner for two, we shared one Caesar Salad, Old school round 13” Pizza with Pepperoni and mushrooms, Fettucini Carbonara, food was delicious, recommended.
Excellent margarita pizza. Staff was super nice. Tiramisu was okay though.
Transcendent pizza! The crust was on point, the sauce was fresh and not overly seasoned so you can taste the tomato. And OMG the cheese and pepperoni- I don’t know where they get it from but it is exceptional. Also was warmly greeted upon entering. Made a perfect quintessential NYC Pizza experience.
We wanted to eat as much pizza as possible while in NY. After a great afternoon at the American Natural Museum, decided to try this place because of the review. Best Italian food we had since we left Europe last fall. You must try. We had soon, multiple types of pizza and pastas. See picture below. Staff is amazing and outside sitting is must.
