I came in yesterday and ordered a latte I don’t really drink strong tasting coffee although a barista Camesha helped me out on how to make my first starbucks latte great ! Thankyou so much Starbucks you have a customer for life !

Good service, this store in specific the attention in more than usual because they will have your coffee in less than 5 minutes they are so quick! Congratulations to the staff.

Great idea of a pit stop whilst touring Manhattan. Staff is friendly. Crowded. Restrooms are clean and doable. Also great useable regional gift mugs.

Negatives: Hot chocolate wasn't very hot, way too much sugar and too little cocoa. Crappy mumble rap played very loudly.
Positives: They let a couple of homeless people in when it got cold and rainy outside.
There are power outlets integrated into all the seats.
People say the staff are rude, but the little interaction that I had with them was pleasant.

Extremely comfy Starbucks, almost very nice crowd.
However once in a while you do run into a nut job. Obviously, in need of anger management therapy or off his meds.
Also extremely unfortunate.
But every one else is exceptionally friendly

A nice place for a cup of the popular Starbucks coffee. Nice staff and plenty of seats. I found it to be a bit crowded at times especially before or after theatre. All and all a good spot for a pike place brew

They seemed like they don't care much for their customers. Yes we received our coffees at a reasonable time but there was no smile or any connection. I realize that this is New York but help the city out by spreading some happiness around.
