Leaving this review because I was so wonderfully helped this morning by Rosa. I mumbled my order while flustered about something else and she very easily could've just said "excuse me?" or ask me to speak up, but she took a moment to gently ask me to repeat myself in a way and in a tone that said "relax, Jared, this does not need to add to the stress of your day." Obviously she didn't really say that- what she actually said was "could you repeat yourself for me please?" with a calm smile. Made a gigantic difference.

The guy sam did a good job on my iced latte and made my sandwich very tasty. Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn’t have the flavor ice cream I wanted at baskin Robbins.

Nice employees. This location has Baskin and Robin's Ice Creams too. Nowadays it is hard to find a Dunkin with B&R. Fast service. Clean dining space. Fewer seats but it is in Manhattan, that is expected.
