Mario is amazing! Met friends there for dinner. He gave us all the time we needed. Great wines, great apps, the pizza is tasty. A great evening!

We just had two pies, the white with brussel sprouts and the marinara. Both were well done and a pleasure to eat, and served by a waiter who is lovely to deal with. Definitely a place to stop in if you're in the neighborhood looking for good pizza. It's nice to be waited on as opposed to just taking it to go.

We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday there, and everything was amazing!!! Delicious food (highly recommend to try their meatballs) and very cozy atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful. As we had many people, I emailed the restaurant in advance and got a very fast response.

Always a favorite in NYC for Pizza. Quintessential pies with a great chewy charred crust and inventive toppings. Also a great gragnano wine to pair with pizza.

We were so excited to check this place out! It’s hard to know where to go when it comes to finding the best pizza in the city. I happened to come across an article that mentioned this location and decided to give it a try. At the end of our 3 week road trip, my kids and I still agree that this was the best pizza we tried out of a handful . We loved the Margarita!

The attention was really good, also the waitress was so kind! Even the simplest pizza is delicious :)

This could have been a great napolitan pizza. The problem is they put too much salt just the pecorino would have been enough.

My favorite pizza spot in nyc and I’ve tried most of the more well-known ones! Their dough is superb. People are always very friendly there, and you can see the magicians making pizzas in the kitchen, which is really cool. Vibes are chill and cozy. LOVE IT!

First I heard about this place was from "The Food Lab" book, from J. Kenji López-Alt. He came here to do an experiment and understand if the water that they use would influence the quality of the pizza dough. All about that myth that the pizza is better in Italy because of the mineral water there.
About the restaurant: they have a really good napolitan style pizza - one of the best that you can find in NY - a super friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. I'm giving four stars because sometimes the amount of toppings can be bit heavy (too much cheese or sausage in the Amatriciana, for example).
But overall it's a great experience, try it!

Heard about this spot on the best of the US pizza list from a few years ago, so my SO and I went. The dough is fantastic, by far the best part of the pie. Sauce and toppings were solid, and the cheeses were top notch. Also, wildly fast service - in and out under an hour.
