Fantastic experience at this chocolate store. The chocolates are outstanding, and the service is usually top-notch. Yuki and previous clerks have been wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me to the perfect flavor profiles. However, some of the newer clerks seem to need a bit more training on the chocolate flavors. Overall, highly recommend for both quality and service

I make it a point to stop by here during every NYC visit. It’s a small chocolate shop near Rockefeller center. Service is prompt. Their jam is their hot chocolate which is creamy and divine so do make sure to get some when you’re there. They don’t sell their hot chocolate mix which is kind of sad but I’ll settle for a couple of boxes of chocolate.

This is a premium chocolate shop in Manhattan. It is located at the Rocketfeller Centre. Hence the transportation is convenient. The shop looks grand and is comfortable to shop with. I bought a box of milk chocolate and the texture is soft and I like that. It is good t lonhavr it once for a while or if we want to gift that to someone.

Stopped by for some fine chocolates and warm hot chocolate after seeing the Rockefeller tree. Walked in and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. She did a great job explaining the different chocolates, ingredients and what to expect with each one. I was very impressed with her product knowledge. It was so hard to pick as all sounded so good, so ended up picking about 15 different pieces. There's a different taste for whatever mood you're in for, whether it be light, dark, sweet, savory, fruit, nuts, truffles, bars, macaroons, and any combination of those. Also, ordered the hot chocolate as it's made from the same fine chocolates. There aren't any seats inside the store, but there's different sitting areas in Rockefeller Plaza. Found a few tables immediately out the interior door and down the stairs to the left. Chocolates were very smooth and silky. It was fun tasting the wide variety of tastes as each was unique, yet very good. Great place to enjoy some fine chocolates. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stumbled upon this place during evening on the way to Rockefeller tree, in the search of hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was perfect, tasted like a melted chocolate as they say. We ordered one, finished it while in the store to order another one 😍. They have beautiful store and beautiful chocolates. I ate their 66% dark chocolate in one seating that night. Really good chocolate. We got some gifts, I am so glad we entered the store. The salesperson was really helpful in choosing the gifts. PS: they ran out of hot chocolate when we were exiting the store. Hope you get lucky!
