Jackson Hole Burgers

We came in on a Friday and immediately were seated. They have great decor inside, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Their menu is on a tablet, which is something I’ve never seen before! They have so many options to pick from. Both burgers were really flavorful and delicious. We enjoyed their sweet potato fries as well.

Today was my 1st experience and it was beyond incredible and I'd visit more often now that I know how great everything is! My server was DIANA & she was a SERVER QUEEN BEST! she came outside to serve me, served me inside when I changed seating, cleaned a table I specifically wanted and rendered the most incredible customer service I've had in a while & so Appreciate her for her kindness & expertise. She suggested everything I ordered and I loved every bite and even had leftovers to enjoy. KUDOS TO DIANA & THANK YOU SERVICE QUEEN! 😉 the rear of the staff was just as warm, friendly & professional, so thank you for all you did as well.

Had The Goat burger here and would definitely come back! The vibe of the restaurant is just like what one would expect from Manhattan - casual, lively, and stylish. The burger's size is HUGE and will keep you full for the hours to come. The ingredients are also of good quality and they are seasoned well. One drawback is that the service is rather slow. So, more like a place to come enjoy the food and the conversation, but not ideal for quick bites.

We weren't hungry so followed other reviews and shared a burger. We enjoyed burgers here when visiting NYC 5 years ago and were so glad to see the quality has not slipped. Wonderful hard working staff, even gave a beer sample when our chosen beer was unavailable. Classic burger delicious and wonderful restaurant atmosphere. We'll be back for a full burger, maybe every night over our 3 day NYC stay. We came back and had an East Sider - amazing!!
