Great food!! We shared the churrasco and the octopus sandwich and loved both. Very friendly staff too. Highly recommend it.
Great restaurant all you could want from a NY restaurant. Buzzing atmostphere, friendly helpful staff, great food at a reasonable price & a Peruvian cocktail which really hit the Mark.
You can’t go wrong. Weather it’s a special occasion or a regular dinner you won’t be disappointed. This place is iconic. Humberto is an amazing bartender definitely ask for him. He never disappoints.
Walked in on Tue evening 7pm and was sat right away in the back. Two of us shared Caesar salad, oxtail empanada and mains the Churrasco - which was cooked to perfection. The rice and beans had a bit of a crunch and seasoning overall was well balanced. Didn’t have cocktails or dessert but plan to go again if even just for that!
I came here for a friends birthday and I would say that the dulce de leche pancake was REALLY good! Their breakfast is good as well. Can be a bit busy in the morning especially on Saturdays.
This place saved our hungry soul at 11pm. They have the best Lomo Salgado I have ever had. The short ribs was so fatty, and that’s my favorite kinda meat to have with rice. The tomatoes were so fresh, haven’t had a tomato that tastes like a good old fashion tomato for a while. The rice, uhhh, I couldn’t stop eating the rice! I don’t know what’s the magical oil or sauce they put in the rice, but it’s so good!
Fish taco is delicious! The fish tempura was fried to perfection.
Oxtail empanada, hmmmm, delicious and soft! So flavorful!!
Everything was so GOODD the drinks are excellent too.
This is a NYC must eat at midnight when no other restaurant is opened other than McDonald’s !
The appetizers left more to be desired but the main course was quiet delightful. They had one of the best Lomo Saltado I've ever had. The beef was tender and flavorful, the rice cooked well, and the whole dish meshed well with all the ingredients a Lomo Saltado has to offer. The other dishes were great as well as per reviews from my friends. I recommend this place give it a try.
This restaurant has real fusion and real taste. What is real fusion? It is from a mixing of cultures over time in a way that leads to new foods that meet the tastes of the peoples there. What is fake fusion? Taking sources of umami from every culture and throwing it together (ie truffles on everything). The lomo saltado is a delightful mix of cultures, though on the salty side. That nice slightly charred aroma of soy sauce is excellent.
The atmosphere is 💯 the food 💯 Waiter wasn’t that nice but we didn’t let kill our vibe. Music 🎶 was good as well.
One of my favorite spots in NYC. Everything my wife and I come we order the same thing, the huevo rancheros and churrasco and it never fails 😋 this place is awesome!
Late night eats. This is the place to stop at…. Cuban sandwich for sure. Ox tail can’t go wrong.
I was happy to find this spot while running errands in the area. I came in with my partner and our one year old. Prices are very reasonable for the value we got. Servers were genuinely interested in providing us with a great experience and they def did! We’ll be back for more. Thank you!
