Golden Buffet

I ordered over thirty dollars worth of food Togo and all of the food was taken directly from the buffet. Nothing was fresh, the sweet and sour shrimp breading was oily and mushy and the shrimp was rubbery. The general tso chicken meat was dry and the wontons were doughy. I will never spend another dime at this restaurant.

Food was ok. Could have been due to going in there around 2 instead of normal lunch hours. You pay first at the cash register, then get your food and drink. Most buffets I've been to, a waitress usually comes around to get your drinks but not this one. This was my first time eating here and given that it was after normal lunch hours I might try it again to see if having more fresh options would make a difference in the quality of selection!

Someone left a review that said cheap and good. Very inaccurate statement. It was over $40 for me, my wife, 9 and 8 year old to eat there. The food was disgusting and actually left a horrible aftertaste in our mouths. I've had $7 chinese buffets that were far better than that one. The one thing this place has going for it is the fact that theres no other Chinese place around to compare it to. That's probably the only reason it's still in business. Sorry.... It was nasty.

If by some surprise you can get them to keep fresh food on buffet it taste really good. But if you ask for potatoes that do not break your teeth when you eat them you will get a big attitude from them. No soup for you....I brought the potatoes back in and they refused to replace them and would not give a refund.
