Like this location, just need to put there pizza in the oven for another 15 minutes at 375 to harden the crust a bit more, otherwise good place, and superb delivery driver

The delivery was awful but the manager made sure we got our correct order. I call in to speak to the manager. The manager got someone to bring our correct order fast and hot. I seen many bad comments. I hope they get better training because they showed care for us even though they messed up on the order, they fixed it.

The staff here have always been kind and helpful for the past decade that I've come here. A lot of them have come and gone but the way they greeted me with a smile never changed. Pizza ain't bad either, although it's a chain so you already know what you're getting. They've only messed up my order twice, but that's over a decade though so that's a pretty amazing average.

The only place we get pizza! Love custom ordering just the way we like it and then pay online. By the time we get there our order is ready. Only criticism is that sometimes the toppings aren't always spread evenly and too much empty crust around edge. But it is only occasionally.

I order once a month for my grandson. The delivery is always in the amount of time stated. Food is hot and very tasty - Two pizzas, bbq wings and cookies.

Always fresh! Always great service! I never have to worry about whether my pizza is made properly here. Unlike many of its competitors, I've never had a pizza remade because they didn't cook it thoroughly or didn't put enough of what I wanted on it. I love Papa John's!

I originally ordered from Pizza Hut on Franklin Ave in Gretna. My pizza never showed and I was not given an apology when I called about it. So, I called Papa Johns instead. My pizza showed up, in the rain, 30 minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time! Great service, even in a rain storm.
