Amazingly rude and very unsanitary. 8:45 am October 6. Apparently only one employee in the place, who was wearing gloves but touching everything possible in them, then served food with her hands. Literally grabbed scrambled eggs with her hands. She served the next person and the next, and no one was available to check me out. I waited. She then disappeared into the back, shouting over her shoulder that there was no “bank” s we’d have to pay with credit cards. Minor detail: we hadn’t been rung up. We all waited. I finally caught her eye through the window and she came back out-unhappily-and told us to pay at PJ’s. Had we known that, we would have saved 15 min (in my case as the first served). The line for PJ’s, which also only had one employee, was 12 people long. Needless to say, I wasn’t going to risk salmonella AND miss my flight, so I returned my food and got a delicious smoothie at smoothie king. I’ve never left a negative review before and, having looked at yelp amd trip advisor, which have a rash of negative reviews, it appears that ownership of this place does not care.

If I could score this restaurant zero I would. My breakfast was the worst I have ever had anywhere! The eggs did not even taste like eggs. They were dry and had absolutely no taste. The bacon was extremely overcooked. Even the coffee less than average taste. And it was so hot I finally just gave up. Turkey wrap wasa Turkey wrap was fair at best. Basically, we threw 95% of the meal away. If I could hold a sign up in front of the restaurant, I would and it would say "do not eat here unless you want a horrible meal." I travel A lot and have a lot of friends who do so. I will pass the word around. I might as well thrown away $21!!!

Id do zero stars if I could. There was nobody behind the counter to assist customers. They were open, and there was hot food all behind the counter waiting to be served up. There were 3 or 4 of us in line waiting to buy. Waited like 10 mins when the person working the PJ's side told us she had no idea where the person that was working went. Weird.

Literally the worst food in Louisiana. The bacon is thinner than a sheet of paper. The eggs are from a bottle. Unless it is medically necessary for you to dine here, keep moving. The city with some of the best food on earth chooses this place to greet its visitors? McDonald's is a five star restaurant next to this place.

I can see the beef and rice in the warmer. And the rude worker says, "You cant have just the beef and the rice." It's right in front of you. I dont care what it costs. They changed their menu and wont give me what I want. These same associates have been rude for years. Good thing their customers have few choices. Outside of an airport they wouldve closed years ago.

When I got here they said they had "no hot breakfast", even though another employee was pulling hot bacon out of the oven right behind her. I always regret it when I come here, but there aren't good food options at MSY. I live in New Orleans and the food here is so good, it's embarrassing that they don't have better food options at the airport.
