This store is so slow. Never knew it takes 15 plus minutes to get a smoothie. Probably the last time I waste my time coming here. Came for a quick thing, for lunch break. I should have went and sat down for this long on a time. Keep in mind I’m still waiting and there is 3 people still in front of me. So it’s probably Going to be 30 -40 mins before I get my drink. Just completely sad. I’d ask for my money back but I used a debit card so that won’t be easy for this place to do

Shouldn’t take 20 mins for a smoothie when there is 2 person ahead of me.
They were prioritizing the drive thru over customers in the store.
While I was waiting for my order I watched multiple employees behind the counter just talking and not working.

I come to this smoothie king almost every morning just because of convenience. The new store is beautiful but that doesn't makeup for the quality. I purchased a 40oz chocolate hulk and the young lady who made it didn't even fill my cup all the way up. She filled it right below the line of the top rim of the cup. I'm sorry but when I pay this kind of money for a drink I would like it to be full. They were very nice but I'm only leaving a 1 star because you should never short a customer in what they buy.

This new location is a Game Changer!!! They have a drive thru now and it's so easy to get in and get out with what you want. The smoothies are healthy and will help me through the hot summer approaching. Nice job to everybody working here, see you again soon!

I come to this smoothie king if not everyday at least every other day. Usually I get great service and the employees are usually very professional but that wasn't the case today. It's really just a bunch of kids being very immature and one kid wasn't even wearing his mask and the rest aren't wearing them correctly. Believe me I don't like having to wear a mask but I have to so they do too. It's very unfortunate because usually I come in the mornings but it seems the evening crew is just not up to the task.

Would not give me leftovers from blender of my smoothie. All other Smoothie kings do. Had to pay for each enhancer. Instead of buy one get one free or buy one get two free like other location.

We were there for 30 mins and we got no smoothie, after waiting in the drive thru line, they didn't have the courtesy to let us know there was a wait, instead when I asked if my order was coming the girl at the window said she was taking care of our order after they finished with another order at the counter.

Rude service. The smoothie didnt taste right. Worst smoothie i ever had. Will never go there ever. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I've always loved drinking smoothie but i will not go there ever. I rather not drink smoothie.
