Best Popeyes in New Orleans (and probably the world) as far as taste. But this place is always very busy, especially around dinner time. So go with patience! Orders usually take about 20 minutes or longer during their busy times. The staff is overworked, so they arent the friendliest, but I have to give them kudos for not being rude. They usually are apologetic for the long wait times. Anyway, the food is always fresh and piping hot and for some reason more flavorful than any other Popeyes.

I stop here whenever I go to the New Orleans East Hospital, never seems to have a line but still can be a lil slow. My order is always right and fresh n hot. If they were a lil faster they'd be near perfect.

I walked here to try the new spicy chicken sandwich and I have to say Popeye's have got them a new gem on their hands the new spicy chicken sandwich better than Wendy's, McDonald's , Burger King even Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches

Chicken was fresh and hot. Reminded me of the old days when Mr. Copeland was the owner of everything Popeyes.
Drive-thru is always a long line, but it moves steady. I think a lot of people thought that the inside was still close! It's not!!! I went in and out in 5 minutes. And the outside line was still long!!!
The staff is always very accommodating to my specific requests. I prefer receiving my chicken right after being fried!!! They ensure my request is satisfied and I leave the store as a happy 😊 customer. Customer service is everything to me. I will not reward a business with my continued patronage if I'm not satisfied. Nothing I request affect their operation adversely.
This particular Popeyes has really got it together, always fresh chicken coming out, good soft drinks non smeltered , and the service is hard to beat with the volume of customers they get, it's very busy, I'll always eat there, clean floors, clean restrooms, clean tables.
