I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the food the salad was truly amazing along with the garlic bread some of the best garlic bread ever it actually look like a personal size pizza without the sauce but the taste was very garlicky phenomenal my favorite. I have to say the location is quite dingy it could certainly use a good scrub, not the type of place I typically dine in, but I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and be open-minded. I would certainly go back there. I ate there twice in the two days that I was there, so that says a lot. It was really hard to get delivery thankfully their hotel was right across the street so we were able to walk twice one of those times was in the pouring thunderstorm that happened to be going on but it was so worth it. If you're in New Orleans, make sure you make it to the original Italian pie. The customer service was superb, very friendly, and welcoming it was almost like being around family. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We ordered in tonight after a long day out. Ordered just a simple pepperoni pie and some bourbon wings. This was probably one of the best pizzas I have eaten. The dough was crisp, yet soft and chewy. The wings, all flats, cooked to perfection and the glaze was amazing.
If you want some good pizza after a day of great Creole food and walking, well, you can't go wrong here.

The fact that this place is open till like 4 am is a huge plus, especially after being on Frenchman or bourbon all night. This pizza is one of the best pizzas I've had in a while . Visited twice during my 5 day stay lol a small size is perfect to share between you & your partner . We also ordered the Buffalo wings. The Buffalo sauce they use is really good!

Well damn! Just what I needed after a long night in the quarters. They're open super late. Personal pan pizza is not on the menu but I got one. It was a little dark on the edges but it was quite tasty! The dough is thick. Not very heavy on the cheese. My friend ordered pasta. It's a go to spot for sure when looking for something to eat, late night, downtown New Orleans. Dine in, carry out and delivery is available through door dash and Uber eats. I would normally post pictures of the food, but I ate half of it in the car LOL

In the area and thought we would try it. Kind of off the main path a bit for us but worth the short walk. Staff very friendly. Food came out very timely and fresh. Pizza was great with thinner crust and good amount of toppings. The garlic cheese bread was good too! The dining area was pretty clean and welcoming.

While walking to the post office we saw this place. Having already decided on pizza earlier we stopped by afterward. It looks like a hole in the wall restaurant from the outside. Inside is cozy with just enough space to handle foot traffic. Every was very friendly! The pizza down to the crust was supper delicious! Just enough sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. We’d highly recommend you stop in if visiting, or in the area!

Holy cow!!! If you're in New Orleans and it's late and you're hungry, you absolutely can not go wrong checking this place out! This is a great pizza, and the Italian sandwich was to die for!

We could smell their pies cooking 2.5 blocks away; smelled amazing. The pie was pretty good. A nice soft buttery crust. All the toppings I ordered were on it. Super light sauce. And pretty mild on the cheese. The pizza had good flavor. The salad was what we ordered. Next time I would order ahead and take it home. The individuals drinking out front that were somehow affiliated with the restaurant, one of them was kinda rude to us for no reason. I'm not sure what the service fee was for as we had to do everything ourselves.

My husband and I just had dinner here and it was delicious! The girl who took our order, Jessica, was very friendly. Our food came out within 20 mins (small "Meatlovers" pizza, BBQ wings & mozzarella sticks) 😋 We're from California and already added this to my 'favorites' for when we come back again.

It was great! Every time I've been (about 4 times over the last 5 years) it's been a wonderful experience.
The decor is cool, the staff is friendly and of course the food it very good! I was blown away by the amount of Togo orders they were doing and the lack of people dining in.
I ordered the Thai chicken salad and it was amazing! Do yourself a favor and upgrade to garlic cheese bread on all orders! There's a great selection of salads, wraps, and sandwiches and the produce is always very fresh!

Arrived after midnight to my hotel and concierge gave me easy directions, right around the block. Got The Italian combo which is basically your standard Supreme. Snatched some pralines for dessert and a 2L. My hotel has a kitchen. This pie fed me for 3 days. Pleasant and fun atmosphere. Very friendly staff.

Nice place to get a fast and delicious lunch!.... I got the calzone and salad lunch special, and it was delicious! the chicken Florentine calzone that they served me was big, and with a super fresh salad that was excellent!... I'm definitely going back there if I need a quick lunch again!... Also, their prices are really reasonable! I loved this place!

We decided to stop in and get some pizza and breadsticks. We wanted a place we could sit down and eat that was away from the wild crowds and we were not disappointed. When we entered it was an original Italian feel. The workers were some of the nicest people in the city. The atmosphere was great, the customers were all welcoming and everyone held great conversations. The food was pretty good as well. Thicker dough than I usually like but overall good. Definitely a place to go and eat after a few drinks as well. Highly recommend.

Little hole in your wall pizza places, always tend to be some of the greatest pizza in the bigger cities.
The Original Italian Pie did not disappoint. Quick and prompt service, food came out fast, and the woman behind the counter was incredibly polite, great customer service, and a welcoming environment.
Small and compact, not a huge open space for eating but we didn't have trouble finding a seat and in this city, finding a seat can be tricky, but it is removed well enough from other things that even at the height of dinner time, it was comfortable and easy to get in.
Customers were all friendly, had a full on conversation with two different groups we were sitting by for most of the time we were there. A very nice, relaxing, and chill environment removed from the craziness of the city.
Very recommended and ended up being one of my favorite spots I've ate at in New Orleans, which says a lot for a city known for its food...

The staff was very friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. The prices may seem a little high for some of the menu items, but you'll understand when you see the portions. Each item can easily be shared between two adults. The calzone pictured is the children's portion. The adult size is about twice the size of this one. The lasagna pictured also cane with a large side salad. We would definitely visit here again if we are ever back in NOLA.
