I've found my new doughnut home!. We moved from Hattiesburg last year and I've been missing Shipley's doughnuts in a bad way. None of the shops here have really compared for me (sorry Tastee's) until we by chance stopped by Daddy's Donuts early one morning. I can't speak much for the service (eh - passable), but the doughnuts were deliciously soft yet crunchy, and well-coated in icing. The best part was that they maintained that very light exterior crunch throughout the entire day and were still damn good by nighttime. They've got a good selection to choose from, so no one should leave disappointed. One day I'm going to try out that gigantic doughnut. Maybe.
Great Place with sweet people to do business. I have been in Gentily for two years. I have heard about Daddy's Donuts. When I went in early morning they were able to have me a king cake ready to go in 10 minutes. Of course this was not the day before Madi Gra, however it was a great cake. I was very impressed with the freshness and quality put into the cake. Ever since then I have gotten my cakes and donuts from them for family and events.

No doubt best donuts in the city. Could prob use just a splash more glaze on the glazed donuts. Service is good sometimes, not so great others. Sell out a lot, and don't stay open late enough. Delicious and reasonably priced.
Great!. Ugh, I really like this place, and it's just around the corner from my office. Their donuts are really really good. Just slightly underdone so they're really soft and with the perfect amount of glaze. Also, I really like that their prices include tax and that lady is really nice.
Donuts with love.... Open from 6 a.m. till 1 p.m. 7 days a week. Really good, they make them in the back twice a day. Try the "Big Texan" a donut so big you need both hands. They brew Community coffee.
Donuts were fresh and good. However they don't have kolaches as advertised per Google

These donuts were really good! Less than $10 for a dozen.. 😋
We moved nearby a couple months back and we find ourselves in the store multiple times a week. The lady behind the counter remembers us and specifically our dog (layla) and is always so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We have tried almost all the donuts and really like everything. Favorite is the apple fritter and bacon maple donut. Kids just love the donut holes.
Warm donuts in the early morning. I see construction workers lined up there at 5 am every few days. It's a pleasure talking to the people behind the counter, everyone is friendly and the donuts are some of the best. They offer many different varieties and the only requirement is a mask. Well worth stopping.
Super friendly service and the prices are GREAT - $0.75 for most donuts, even the filled ones! The yeast donuts are tender and the glaze is beautifully thin. The cake donuts are crispy and mellow and wonderfully done. Highly recommend stoping by this place, especially if you can do so at a time that is less busy! Wednesday was not busy at all and we got really fast service.
Small but mighty...this lil shop isn't glitz and glam but they put their whole heart into their donuts. I will gladly travel East just to get in line for their glazed donuts and bacon-maple log. The dough is so perfectly done and the locals you get to chat with are a nice thing to do while you wait for the best donuts in town.
Local donut and coffee shop, love it. Every time I introduce their donuts to someone, they always praise how good the donuts are. They run out of the good ones quick, so make sure you get there early.
Great place for donuts. There are only a few varieties but they’re all fantastic. Time your visit just right and you’ll get a warm fresh donut. Quick service, there’s a minimum for credit/debit cards but at least the option is there. All orders are to go only.
