After reviewing the social media post I decided to take a chance and allow Cup Cake Collection-- New Orleans to make my daughter's birthday cake. They did an amazing job with the decorations but most importantly the cake was DELICIOUS. We have had several "cute " cakes in the past but this is the one of the best tasting cakes we have had in a long time. Thank you for taking my ideas and creating something that not only looks AMAZING but tastes just as AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩 My new favorite Bakery 💚💛🩵💙

The cupcakes were delicious. However when you go in store they just have the display of cupcakes. I do believe you should put a warning next to the ones that have any sort of pepper or is spicy. I had the hot cocoa one. No warnings , though it would be a sweet cupcake. It had Cheyenne pepper in it and you could TASTE IT. No warnings at all. Either put a warning or let the customer know that specific cupcake is spicy because I would not have gotten it. Other them that, the cupcakes are good.

I ordered a custom cake as a surprise for my partner's birthday. We are from NYC and were celebrating in New Orleans. Ordering over the phone was very easy. They delivered the cake to our hotel and it was exactly what I ordered and tasted delicious. Janay took my order and called to let me know that the cake had been delivered and would be in our room. I ordered a Spiderman (Spiderverse) character themed cake and cupcakes. The cake/cupcakes were a hit! My daughter loved the design. They were moist and delicious 😋 I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

We visited here on Wednesday 11th January on my birthday and had such a wonderful experience with the lovely worker there that day. She recommended the sweet potato cupcake which was my absolute favourite one of the 5 we tried. All cupcakes were delicious, I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stop by for a cupcake!

I recently ordered graduation and birthday cupcakes via online - store pickup through their website and also on Uber Eats. My Uber Eats order was sealed with a safety sticker to prevent tampering which I absolutely appreciated. I also appreciate the associate for honoring my birthday reward for this particular order. And most importantly the cupcakes were fresh and delicious! Red Velvet, Strawberry cheesecake and Lemon Berry are my absolute favorites.

The Cupcake Collection never disappoints. I thought to order my birthday cake from here and it was amazing! It’s rare that bakeries make beautiful cakes while maintaining a tasty flavor. I am soooo glad I ordered my cake from here and would recommend you do to.

Not only was she super nice, but very encouraging and motovational. The people who work here are also very pleasant and nice. I will forever be a customer. My cake is so pretty and represent my school colors to the utmost. The cake is very tasty as well. I am so happy to have found The Cupcake Collection. The cake looks so pretty it's hard to eat

The Cupcake Collection is a sweet delight. The service was warm and welcoming with the strong temptation to purchase every cupcake. The only thing I disliked is the debit card minimum, however. A must visit for fresh cupcakes made with care.

This little shop is so fine! We were only in New Orleans for a couple of days, but we had to stop in twice it was so good! We tried the Sweet Potato, Birthday Cake, and Wedding Cake cupcakes, and we were so impressed with the freshness, flavors, and lightness of the frosting. The employees were top-notch, too--so friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we didn't bring any home with us. Maybe next time?

When I tell you, I was not disappointed. Those cupcakes were everything, My only disappointment was I didn't buy more. The customer service was Great. Please get Sweet potato.

I was visiting New Orleans and stopped by to get 6 cupcakes for my daughter bday. When I bit into the wedding cake cupcake I had to just pause because it was so good. Words can’t express how good these cupcakes are. I called the store to tell them because it don’t make sense for anything to be so delicious!!!

I ordered cupcakes from abroad because I heard The Cupcake Collection had the best cupcakes in town! The cupcakes were delivered in a timely manner to the hotel and they included my message on a card. The cupcakes were enjoyed by the recipient and looked fab on the pictures he sent :)

Easily some of the best gluten free cake we’ve ever had! We bought the chocolate cake and chocolate frosting. Very happy crew here! Guessing their other options are just as good! We’ll be back

I ordered 6 cupcakes for my anniversary since my husband loves cupcakes. I had seen the owner on the today show a few weeks ago which is what made me want to get cupcakes from here. All I can say is flavorful, fresh & delicious!!! We tried king cake, chocolate, lemon, strawberry, red velvet and vanilla. Strawberry was my absolute favorite and my husband said the red velvet was the best. I experienced excellent customer service when I went to pick up the cupcakes. Can’t wait to have another excuse to go back.

A cupcake is not just a cupcake. If you want the best cupcake ever, visit Aiesha at the Cupcake Collection. Who knew a sweet potato cupcake was a thing. Well it is, and you need to try it. The icing is equally wonderful but does not dominate the experience. It's a wonderful cupcake with icing, not a lot of icing overwhelming a cupcake.

Oh my GAWD I thought these looked like good cupcakes I had NO IDEA these would be the BEST CUPCAKES I’VE EVER GAD. Not only did the shop let us in exactly at 4pm after they had closed, which was super kind, they were so friendly and wonderful to talk to. Then I took home the cupcakes and ate them the next day, and DIVINE. Above and beyond delicious, haven’t had a cupcake this good in I don’t know how long. Get there as soon as you can.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Staff is extremely professional and kind! The cupcakes are to die for. Cake is soft, the icing isn't too sweet, the cake is super moist, it doesn't break apart when you bite into it. It's the perfect cupcake! 10/10! Please visit this place when you visit New Orleans, you will NOT regret it!
