This is a small establishment that appears to be always busy, so be prepared to wait. Good thing you’re surrounded by a casino to keep you busy! The staff is incredibly friendly and does their best to make up for the wait. The food is great and what you would expect from a McAllister’s. I’ve already eaten here on two occasions because it’s one of the few places to eat late in the area. Good food, good people, just be patient..

I don't usually write reviews but I was a little upset by all the bad reviews about McAlister's. Especially when I noticed a 1 star review and the pictures were of food from Fuddruckers. Which is right next door. It made me think people are mistaken. I'm glad I went! The lady at the register wasn't the most charming as some people have said BUT the food was quick (even with a few orders ahead of me) yummy and fresh! Glad I tried it despite the reviews. I will definitely go back.

Thank God for the manager here. I placed a mobile order and it automatically assigned my name and information so I was unaware of what exactly what name was on the order until I researched my account. They are very busy but the manager makes sure that everything comes out with the customers satisfaction. Thank you all so much for great food and excellent customer service. I haven’t even dug into my order yet but I know the food is good from the energy of KEVIN. Thank you so much bro!

Our order today leaves me wondering why there are any negative reviews. Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious. My French Dip didn't have even a hint of sinew, the meat was very tender. The soup and mac & cheese were good, but both sandwiches were excellent. Thank you for the very enjoyable meal

TIP THESE PEOPLE FAT! They hooked it UP, the food was cheap and delicious, and I got it so fast even though they were slammed when I walked up. It doesn't look like an easy place to work and they are killing it, please remember to tip generously and appreciate fast food workers :)

Excellent roast beef sandwich. Just the right balance between the bread, meat, horseradish, and cheese. Delightfully oozing with delicacy. The potato salad was okay a bit too much of an "eggy" tasting mayo for me.
