Riverview Room

The Riverview room and it's staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding reception perfect. We had many moving parts and an out of the ordinary request. Skylar worked with me on the floor plan to make it very accommodating for my guests! All the staff members were friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional. I cannot say enough about the Riverview Room. Thanks again, Mother of the Bride

The staff at the Riverview Room made our perfect wedding come true! I had many guests saying we had the best wedding of all time (or at least that they had attended) and we agree. First off the food was exceptional! It was important for us to showcase the New Orleans cuisine as we had many guests from out of town, and wanted to give them a feel of the city. We were able to work with the RVR to customize the food and flow of the evening, going off of script from their normal menu and adding things like oyster shuckers and a fresh praline action station as a late night dessert. Chef Melissa even came out to wish us well at the end of the night. Having personal attendants for ourselves and our parents was a so nice, and they were with us every step of the evening to ensure things were going smoothly and that we were well-hydrated and fed. Regarding location and environment, it can’t be beat - we were married in the Cathedral, second-lined to RVR and all the guests walked into the beautiful room overlooking the Mississippi River. The whole experience was wonderful!

From Vivian to the Chef to the bartenders and floor staff they all did such a wonderful job this last weekend for our clients Madison & Alan. We love, LOVE, L-O-V-E working with the Riverview Room. The do so much to ensure we had everything we needed to have such a great night with the couple and their loved ones. The food was New Orleans to a T!

I went here for an event and good lord that view. I just started at the window as if I was a space captain just landing on a strange new world. A planet with a giant body of water and hundreds of people walking around consuming strange liquid that makes them yell into each others mouths or say "whoooooooo!" a lot.
