Really good. The fried chicken is better than Popeye's and it isn't a chain. I have never eaten inside, just drive thru. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy was better than KFC. I will go back and try other items.

Delicious chicken and po boys. I've been eating at Chubbies for over 20 years and still crave it all the time. Very tasty and good sized fried chicken. Good dirty rice. Best roast beef Poboy you will ever taste. Great fried seafood. One of the best hot sausage Poboys in the city. Reasonable prices. Designed mostly for take out. Small dining area and no bathroom. Overall very good food.
Average fastfood chicken. Very average fastfood-style fried chicken. Good prices ($24 for 24-piece bucket). Chicken was decent, fries and rings also decent (though a little bland). Worn out, no frills setting. fast drive through and friendly service. Decent sweet tea.
I'd definitely choose this over Popeyes, mostly because it is independently owned and not a chain. But its also just a little different. ate 1/10.
This place is seriously amazing. They have the most divine biscuits I have ever eaten. The chicken is juicy, savory, and loaded with flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy are the perfect texture and consistency and taste amazing. The staff are so sweet, kind, and polite, too! I seriously recommend checking this place out if you have the time. It's worth it!
Food is cooked to order at Chubbies, so it's always hot and fresh. Fried chicken is excellent, but on this visit I tried the fish and shrimp combo. I enjoyed it as much as their chicken. Chubbies has the best biscuits and delicious sides as well. The staff are helpful, friendly, and always have a smile for you.
Outstanding fried chicken. You have not had fried chicken till you have had Chubbie's fried chicken.
Food is fresh, customer service is on point, and environment is friendly. That was the best biscuit I’ve have EVER had. The chicken is seasoned to perfection. I’m glad I live up the street.

I ordered the Friday special Shrimp Ettoufee & Catfish w/salad. I must say the catfish was good The shrimp ettoufee wasn't bad, but could've been season a bit more.
This is the best shrimp poboy in NOLA. The chicken is so good, it doesn’t even compare to anywhere else. The service is even better than their food. Highly recommend
Came here while on vacation about 2 years ago now. We got the basic chicken biscuits. Let me tell you, they are one of the BEST foods I've ever had! The flavor was amazing, it was nice and hot. I dream about these every once in a while still!
