I recently had the pleasure of dining at Popeye's Chicken in New Orleans, and it was an experience worth sharing. While I ventured in with curiosity about the much-talked-about Louisiana-style breading, my palate couldn't discern a significant difference from other regions. However, this slight observation was overshadowed by the remarkably moist and tender quality of the chicken. Each piece was expertly cooked, locking in a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds. It's clear that Popeye's in New Orleans takes pride in their cooking, delivering a chicken that's not just fast food, but a true representation of the culinary excellence the city is known for. Whether you're a Popeye's aficionado or a first-timer, this location is a culinary gem in New Orleans, offering a taste that lingers pleasantly long after the meal is over. Highly recommended for both locals and visitors alike!

Staff was very nice and friendly, they seemed to have a good time working here! Food was average I'd say, the only negative was that the place was not really clean.

All I have to say is, Southern Hospitality. Mrs Cynthia and her team made our experience at Popeye’s the best we ever had nationally.

First I'm from Chicago. We came for the Bears vs Saints game. Let me tell you, this was some of thee best Popeyes I've ever tasted. I ordered a 3 piece mixed with mashed potatoes. The chicken tasted fresh and it was seasoned to perfection!! We heard the Popeyes in Louisiana is better and Baaaaaaby it is!!!! Ms Cynthia, the manager and her staff was very polite even though we came in 40 mins to closing.

Wednesday night, near closing time, the food was still hot and delicious. A male employee, who was mopping the floor, stopped a man from following my daughter into the wash room. He started talking to himself to act as if he was mentally ill. The employee told him to leave the store. Thank you for protecting my child young man.

Was curious to see if Popeye's was better in Louisiana and it sure is! We ordered spicy but didn't actually taste any spice... Not sure if that was an error by the server but the overall quality of the food was so good, we decided to not complain. The staff here is friendly too.

Awesome place for fried chicken wings!
Very juicy and fresh taste! 👍
But the floor (near the pickup area) is extremely sticky, not sure what happened.

When you come to New Orleans you must stop by this location. The food was good but the location has it's drawbacks with the shady characters outside.

The food tastes the same as all other Popeyes guys but this location is pretty big and bright inside. The staff was great but the lines were alil confusing. You have to go to 3 different stations to get food to go. Pick your food up from the main counter then you go to the drink station, then they have a station for someone to bag your food. None of it is a chronological order but everyone was pleasant to my party.

Been going to Popeyes for forever but I love the style of this one the best. The food seems like better then the ones back home. The Cajun tenders was delicious and so was the baked Mac and cheese.
