Get Some Great Food Here n Get Real Good n Full. I Certainly Did, I Intend To Go Back Eventually. Totally Surpassing Southern California Seasoned Food.

This is a quaint restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. In this visit, which was my second, food from the kitchen took longer than usual to come out. The food is phenomenal! Flavors are great, comes to you hot and is consistent. I'm rarely in N.O. East but when I am, i make it a point to stop by Fire Food & Spirits.

Awesome recommendation from hotel we loved it. Food was off the chain nice spicy but not too hot. Seafood fresh and tasty plentiful servings and our family really enjoyed the fast and courtesy service.

Big portions, great prices. There was lots of meat in my jambalaya pasta. Couldn't give it 5 stars due to it being pretty smoky coming from the kitchen and not having Coca-Cola or dr. Pepper.

My gf and I were in New Orleans for our 4th anniversary and I decided to check out some of the local seafood spots. We did not stay in the French Quarter (more popular area). We stayed in The East (9th ward) where we were close to some of her family members. When I looked online, I found this place and it had great reviews. It was a Friday night and wasn't very busy at all. It was a dim, cozy somewhat romantic atmosphere. They played great old school rnb music and gave prompt service. Our server was also the hostess. She seemed fine to be managing all the tables in the restaurant herself (which were about 5 or 6). I ordered the Fish, shrimp, and crawfish pasta which happened to be their signature dish. The server was friendly and it didnt take long before the food was on the table. My pasta was delicious. Very saucy and flavorful! It definitely had a spicy kick to it, so BEWARE if you dont like spicy hot. I would visit again the next time I touch down in New Orleans. *I do want to add, there was a security guard at the door. Maybe we weren't in one of the best areas but we had no problems during our visit.

Great food. Generous portions. All food is spicy. Penne pasta is their pasta of choice.
All dishes have spicy cream sauces.
Bell pepper was good. They serve trout as the fish. Very good.
Had rum punch. Oh my how good and strong it was. Great wait service and ok atmosphere. Good place for no east residence to patronize.
