We visited HIEUX Boil seafood house for dinner on 7/4 in New Orleans, LA. Several members of our family group of 10 wanted to get seafood boils, so we found this restaurant. They were able to accommodate our family group of 10 easily. The food was delicious! Our server, Kenny was awesome! I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone that visits the New Orleans area!

The food was great and so was the service. I ate outside on the patio with my daughters. We have appteizers first and then our main courses. The music was just right, and the food was hot and well seasoned with great presentation. I would definitely go again. The oysters were amazing, I had the herb charbroiled oysters. They also had great cocktails and mocktails!!! It's not easy to find a place that caters to those of us who do not drink as well as those who do. Check it out. You won't regret it.

This is the place for NOLA Seafood! We recently visited New Orleans and we had a severe hankerin' to try a seafood boil. We wanted the crawfish and shrimp the way we've seen them served up on TV food shows. I asked some locals for recommendations and they send us here and I am glad they did. It was a rainy, super humid (no surprise) day, but we really enjoyed being able to sit outside on the covered deck. The Bar Menu is extensive with average priced drinks. I opted for a ice cold beer to get me going. The food menu is large and has the expected PO-Boys and seafood baskets, appetizers, soups, salads and seafood prepped multiple ways. My attention was focused on the Boils and Buckets. Ask your server to explain how the boils are ordered. They also can tell you about the flavors and heat levels. What a hard decision! For the Buckets, you can choose from a variety of combos of seafood and extras. For the Boils, you select your seafood(s) in one pound increments, your flavor and then your heat (spice) level. My wife selected one pound of headless ($4 upcharge over head-on) in Garlic Butter and Low Heat, with a Side Caesar Salad ($6.75). I selected 2 pounds of crawfish and one pound of headless shrimp, in Boil House flavor and Medium heat. Then it happened! Servers brought out the salad and large metal pans loaded with seafood goodness covered our table. The aromas were to die for! My wife's salad was loaded with all the usual components of a Caesar salad with plenty of cheese. The perfectly flavored garlic butter shrimp are peel on, but easy to peel and comes with drawn butter for dipping. My crawfish and shrimp (also peel on) were combined and the spice blend was perfect. A side platter was provided for shells. My order would have been plenty for two people, but I ate it all. Some say it takes too much work to eat crawfish, but I enjoyed every moment. A lot of finger lickin' took place. We were so glad to have experienced this and recommend you also try it if you've never had it.

HIEUX Boil Seafood House makes the best seafood boil I've ever had. My wife is a snow crab connoisseur and declared HIEUX's crab the best she's ever had too! My crawfish and charbroiled oysters were incredible! We've never been so satisfied with the delicious seafood and incredible service! The process for selecting your seafood, and then adding your perfect flavor and heat preference is amazing! I would recommend the boil house flavor! You don't want to miss this gem in NOLA!

We picked this place on short notice because it was a short walk from our Airbnb. We're from the midwest so a good quality seafood boil was a must for our trip. The food was fast, and flavorful. You can choose between I think four flavors for your seafood boil. We got the house mix and, it didn't disappoint.

Stopped by Hieux on our way to Texas. Our server was so friendly and she chatted with us throughout the evening. Oysters were. Food was good. I think we got everything off the happy hour menu

Great food in a friendly atmosphere! Our party ordered and shared grilled oysters, gator bites, crawfish beignets, wings and the Cajun Classic boil with an additional pound of crawfish. All dishes were perfectly delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by us all.

Great lil spot to get your EVERYTHING NEW ORLEANS SEAFOOD on! They had ALL the local hometown favorite seafoods combined to make GREAT meals. Great combo choices or build your own bucket, BOIL is just the name, No bags here! Wait staff was knowledgeable and courteous, funny, helpful. Good time had by all.

Maaaaan I had a poboy but I told them to drench the shrimp in the bang bang sauce. Even with them getting my order wrong. I didn't want mayo or tomato but they added it anyway. It was still good though and the bread was soft.

Best seafood ever. In fact, my buddy that thought he had a shellfish allergy tried it, and we ended up proving that wrong when he ate half of our food. The heat was absolutely perfect, and you couldn't get a better taste. I'm definitely in a food coma. 3 people could easily share the feast. I feel pregnant because I'm so full. I highly recommend this place.

I'd give it more stars if I could. My group of 4 was extremely satisfied with food, service, and atmosphere. We are not ignorant of good seafood, and this place hit the spot. Be prepared to be messy! "The House" bucket of crab/shrimp/crawfish was phenomenal and tasty. Perfectly cooked, except the shrimp was a tad over cooked but could still be enjoyed. Chose the "boil house" seasoning - perfect blend of butter, Cajun, and house seasoning. THE CORN WAS AMAZING. It's not any specific/special corn, but with the house boil seasoning blend perfected it. 12/10 recommend for locals and tourists alike!

Great Cajun seafood, service super fast and professional, server Deiara was awesome with recommendations and ensuring everything was exactly to order and taste. The best shrimp and crawfish in New Orleans and probably Louisiana 🤩 super fresh and individually prepared to order 5*****

This place was unbelievable we went a group of 4 and got a seafood boil, crab, lobster, crawfish, steamers, corn and potatoes. 10/10 would recommend and i did recommend this place to everyone i ran into in the NOLA area. We i ever return back to this area it will be one of my first stops!

Even though it was not the prime season for crawfish yet. This place served it and it was great experience. Gator bites were slightly dry but excellent none the less.

Yesterday was my second time visiting and I must say....I have yet to be disappointed!! The food and service was EXCELLENT. Out waiter Will was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place really blew me away. Everything we had was full of incredible flavor, and it was beautifully presented, all at a reasonable price. Authentic and fresh Vietnamese food, sticking to and perfecting the basics while throwing in a few NOLA-inspired touches. I can't wait to come back!

Good food, but terrible service and management. Messed up on to go orders on multiple occasions now. Given the wrong food or not my complete order several times and no apologies given. Last time I tried to eat there was a joke. No one even came to our table for 20 minutes. Seems like the owner has just let his bros take over and no one cares. Go to mopho or pho bistreaux instead because if this place is slightly busy they don't give a flying you know what about you.

Love love love this restaurant! Their menu is fantastic (exception: No longer having the vegan egg rolls)! From the Lemongrass martini to the Avocado bubble tea their drinks are great. And last but certainly not least the staff is always very friendly. You can't beat sitting out on their newly renovated patio with friends enjoying a wonderful meal from Namese.

The food,waiter's and service is amazing I would highly recommend giving it a try you want be disappointed

We really enjoyed our experience and food. Stephanie brought out puffed rice chips and a dip as she forgot to tell us that the Cornish hen would take a while.We will absolutely be back

We ARRIVED at 9:05pm and they gave us a table the waiter arrived 20 minutes later and took our order. He made suggestions and everything. So we are waiting and waiting. Then the host asked us if we cashed out! We told them we never received any food!! The waiter comes back and says I'm sorry the kitchen is closed!!! Then he had the nerve to say he is new and only been on the job two weeks!! I would never go there ever again!!! Poor excuse for a restaurant!! This going on yelp as well!! So I know it won't get deleted!!

Always have excellent food & service when I'm here. MUST try the Garlic Wings, the Sticky Ribs (3 of them), and the Cornish Hen are my favorites besides the obvious Pho Ga. I love that they have gluten free & vegetarian/vegan options. They also deliver!! YAY!

Best Vietnamese food I've had in New Orleans. Not your neighborhood Vietnamese eatery, this is more high end and fancy and therefore, more expensive. Food quality and portion size are worth the price.

The shaken short rib phô was damn delicious. I was stuffed up and it was a rainy blustery night. Perfect phô conditions, and Namese delivered. I left feeling great! Ask for Tan. He's a service rock star!

The food was outstanding, fast and friendly service. Highly recommended.
