Great food. Has been my favorite for years

A French Quarter staple for God knows how long, and deservedly so. Unfortunately the price has gone up in recent years, while the amount of meat you get has steadily gone down. Still better than most things on Bourbon St. If you are in town and need a quick bite Ali Baba will do the trick.

If you want authentic, then this is the best place for it.. I have gone to Ali Baba roughly 20 times in the last 3 years.. every.single.time..... they make the best, freshest and most authentic food you can get in the French quarter. They aren't trying to be a fancy French restaurant, or some other "new Orleans " favorite. They are not over-priced. They sell great food, and get it to you fast. Hands down, this is where you should stop after a great night in the Quarter.

The gyro was so good. It was a nice change of pace from the busy streets.

I love this place. Food is really good and cheaper that most places in the quarter.
The man behind the counter is not very friendly and hard to understand, but he makes a great gyro

I love Ali Baba! Its a small place but very clean with boxing memorabilia on the walls. The food is sooo good. There is a little row against the wall with some barstools so you have a quick bite of your gyro. I recommend the kronos gyro. Oh, and the baklava is amazing!

Solid gyros in NOLA. This ain't Greek town so don't but it's as close as you'll find in the quarter!

Small eatery located on a Corner of Bourbon St. With all the loud music playing in the restaurants on Bourbon St - this place is ironically quiet.
At first looking at the place being empty, we were hesitant to enter. But we decided to try it out and we were not disappointed abit. The food served here (esp lamb gyros) was really delicious.
Definitely visiting this place again on my next visit to Bourbon St.

Best chicken shawarma I've ever had, hands down. The seasoning was perfection. If you walk too fast, you'll miss it and if you do, YOU'RE MISSING IT.

For my money, the food is delicious. I stop by at least once a week on my way into work.
