New Orleans is magical. And it makes every place you visit magical. Hard Rock is awesome everywhere, but especially here in the Big Easy. Service was AMAZING. Our waitress was so sweet. The food was good. We were a bit disappointed in the Diablo burgers. We expected them to be hot/spicy and they definitely were not. But over all it was good.

We went on Tuesday night (12/19) the manager was nice and helpful. Our server River was a delight, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and tasty. We ordered burgers combo and a rack of ribs with some wings on the side. The decor was great. I wish they were in NC.

American menu always satisfies and consistent quality. Great memorabilia in a historic setting. The staff was full of information and very helpful in the Rock Shop. Recommend going back to the event room to see the celebrity memorabilia.

Literally blown away by the service! The staff was so nice and really had the best vibes! The atmosphere overall is very unique and you really feel like you're in a place inspired by music! The pricing on the menu is also very fair! Will definitely return 💓

During my stay in NOLA, I stopped by Hard Rock Cafe. I got a burger(vegan), extra pickles (shout out to the waiter for bringing 2 containers) they placed an onion ring on top. I wasn't sure how it would taste with the onion ring, but it was OK. The service from staff was good. I enjoyed the setup of the restaurant.

The food is good but nothing to write home about, but are you really going to HRC for the food? We both had decent burgers, and the store had a lot of sale merch at surprisingly reasonable prices given my previous experience with Hard Rock (or Harley-Davidson; there were some crossover shirts) branded items. I took this photo to show a friend who's a fan of Big Mama Thornton but didn't get a snap of the food.

Great food and servers! Everyone was so nice. Loved the Hard Rock Vibe with the ‘Nawlins’ culture! Located on Bourbon St, so close by to all the touristy attractions. Had some neat memorabilia in there! Madonnas underwear were most impressive! I’m guessing they couldn’t fit her classic ‘cone bras’ in a shadow box that easily. I laughed a little too hard. Bathrooms were clean and everything was perfect. Food seasoned perfectly and it was nice to find at least one place where I could find food that wasn’t too spicy in New Orleans. I love most all Cajun folklore and traditions, but the food is too spicy for me (not a problem for my other family members)… I alerted our waitress that I couldn’t handle anything with more than 3 specks of pepper, and she made sure that my food wasn’t spicy. Loves that they were open later and definitely looking forward to our next trip down and definitely will be visiting here again to eat! 5 star restaurant on a 2 star budget! 💕

I went to New Orleans for the first time and it was great! Hard Rock Cafe no matter where you go is always great. The staff there was super friendly. They have a cute little gift shop right when you walk in and to the left is the restaurant.. they have memorabilia everywhere and towards the bathroom they have outfits to look at that are cool! Overall it was just awesome and we ate there twice in the 4 days that we were there 😀😉

Enjoyed every minute! Staff is the best! From the moment you walk in the hostess is smiling at you. Our waitress was amazing. Got everything perfect. The food tasted delicious. Drinks we ordered were made to perfection. I really enjoyed walking around looking at all the music collection of famous artists. If you have a chance to make a reservation here do it! You won’t be disappointed! If you order the drinks with the collectors cups you take your receipt to the gift shop after you are done. They will package clean cups for you. Gift sho ladies are great! So helpful and fun!!
