Good food and no wait. You can't beat it. My wife found this place and so glad she did. It is right off Bourbon street but you can enjoy your peace until you go back out to the craziness of Bourbon Street. I got the Gumbo and Jambalaya both spectacular.

A great local bar just a block off Bourbon. Great food. We've had almost everything on the menu. Burgers are great, wraps and sandwiches too. My go to is the grilled veggie wrap. You have to try the peanut butter burger also. Best tater tots in the city. My favorite bartenders also.

Overall okay, I really enjoyed the gumbo. However the Whitney special I received came out cold. Wouldn’t recommend.

Red beans and rice was the best day-after-drinking restorative; salty, carby, deliciousness.

Awesome atmosphere, food, and drinks. I got the Whitney Special. It's mashed potatoes, chicken strips, nacho cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, sour cream, and bacon... When I first saw it, I was like, what?!?! Surprisingly, everything came together beautifully for an amazing dish! The crabbed stuffed mushrooms were really good as well! Awesome place!!

Great place and service. Tenders, fries, and honey mustard were great but the 16$ loaded nachos were meh. Kinda disappointed that they seemed like stadium nachos with cheap circle chips and nacho cheese. Perhaps I expected more for 16 bucks like triangle tortilla chips and shredded real cheese. Idk just seemed like high school football nachos

We stopped in at the Copper Monkey before we walked Bourbon street. The waitstaff and bartender were super friendly and welcoming. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a drink and some lunch. I got red beans and rice, it was delicious! My friend had a chicken Caesar salad and we share some spinach and artichoke dip. The hurricane I had was good and strong! The bartender tweaked it for me and it was perfect and tasty. The prices were good, I didn’t feel like we overpaid for anything and it was in a great location.

The food was ready quickly bartenders were amazing and informative. Had the Copper monkey Burger cooked perfectly 🥰 we also ordered the Whitney Special also so good! But my favorite part was the sausage and chicken Gumbo. I can't say enough about how good everything was. Next time we visit from Upstate New York I will eat there again!

Awesome spot a little off Bourbon Street to grab some food and drinks away from the crowds. The Whitney Special is worth the visit alone, and the ribeye steak was seasoned just right. Great bar staff as well. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in town!
