AMAZING! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations because I figured the place would be overhyped. It was not! Every single dish was outstanding! We had a large party so we ordered quite a few things and shared. You honestly can't go wrong with anything you choose!

Went here for a private event. The space was really nice, you get to go through the kitchen to get to the private dining room. They start with cornbread that was buttery and pretty standard. I got the shrimp and grits, some of my shrimp were overcooked and got rubbery and the grits cake wasn't anything to rave about, but the buttery sauce was delicious. I ended up using the cornbread to soak up the sauce. The salad was a pretty good size portion, almost there size of a lunch entree salad. I got the drum fish, it was cooked very well and the artichokes were a nice addition to the dish. I was so full that I took my dessert to go and have yet to taste it but it looked delicious and my fellow diners are their all up.

We were seated upstairs, in retrospect I should've requested during my reservation the first floor as we couldn't enjoy the piano player upstairs. The food was great the ribeye just about melted in your mouth, it was perfect! Loved the tableside presentation of Bananas Foster. The service from everyone...on point!👍🏼

4 Diamonds Restaurant 💎 but 5 stars ⭐️ Google!! Expect to be amazed. 😎
If you never come here and you want to have even a more VIP experience from what the restaurant already is, as for the private rooms. (Crystal room is the most exclusive one)
We had dinner at the Cypress room and everything was incredible. First of all they take you there crossing by the middle of the kitchen lol that was great. Once you get to the room, the attention from the waitress makes you feel comfortable and they are constantly taking care of you.
I had some starter don’t remember the name with some caviar on top (check my picture) and was a perfect combination of flavors! The rest also amazing, check all my entire photos and videos.

Excellent place for streak in New Orleans. Took the family for a birthday celebration. Service was phenomenal. I couldn't ask for any better food. Best restaurant to eat at in my opinion.

Excellent food and service. We didn't sit at the regular table, but decided to sit at the bar and enjoy their wonderful $.99 chargrilled oysters & half priced cocktails during happy hour to start. Many of the other places that do chargrilled oysters usually grill it so much the oysters are all shriveled up and you barely get to taste them, but not here at Delmonico's. The oysters were perfectly grilled and seasoned. The bartenders also know how to make some great cocktails here. After eating a dozen oysters and some snacks, we ended up splitting the Kansas City strip steak, and it was delicious. It's one of the best steaks I've had in a while - perfectly cooked and seasoned to medium rare. They also bring you a bevy of sauces for the steak, but there's no need. It's perfect as is. Because we sat in the bar area, I thought the service wouldn't be as good as if we had sat at the tables, but I was wrong. The service was very attentive, friendly, and fast even though it was pretty busy. Another one of Emeril's establishment that doesn't disappoint. We'll definitely be back.

After the National WWII Museum we treated ourselves to dinner. Cocktails with Baked Oysters were first and fabulous. I had the Duck Marchand deVin (topped with foie gras) entrée that was so tender and bursting with flavor. Served over rice w/sautéed spinach & mushrooms, delicious! My husband & I shared a desert, the slice of Key Lime Pie. It was decadent. A great finish to a wonderful day in New Orleans!

I love the pecan pie with praline crumble.
I ordered the lobster gnocchi and I found the flavor profile to be rich and over seasoned. For the entree I ordered the lobster stuffed flounder, and the flounder was dry from overcooking. The stuffing had excellent flavor with generous lobster pieces!

Booked a reservation at Emeril’s Delmonico on Open Table for a romantic dinner and had the best meal I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the Redfish which was mind-blowingly incredible. Starters included lobster ravioli, polenta and yummy corn bread. My husband had the bone-in ribeye and scallops and thought it was great. The banana's foster is so good! The atmosphere is elegant and refined without being stodgy. Dress smart casual and you will fit right in. We will return here on our next visit to New Orleans.

This was a good dining experience. Warm and welcoming greeting upon entrance. Wait staff very attentive to customer. The food was delicious. We had barbecue shrimp. They have cornbread to eat with it if you want to. Soooooo good. Used cornbread to dip in sauce. We also enjoyed the iceberg lettuce salad. I had Quail Clemenceau which was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My husband had Louisiana Drum Amandine which he enjoyed.
Excellent food.

This was my second time to visit Emeril's Delmonico for their daily Happy Hour which runs from 5-7 pm. Why I didn't review this fantastic and tasty deal after my first visit, I don't know. This time I took a friend along and we ordered one of each item on their $5 menu as well as six of their 99 cent chargrilled oysters. Even the french fries with garlic aioli were delicious! In addition to the $5 small plates, their wines by the glass and inventive specialty cocktails are half priced. Do yourself a favor and check out this very tasty deal!

The happy hour 5-7 has 99 cent chargrilled oysters. Delicious!! Drinks are half priced as well as other starters. Compliments of the chef are the sweet potato chip with caviar and creme fraiche as well as the skillet of buttered cornbread and sparking wine. The entrees were the 21 day aged rib eye and collard greens. The steak was cook a perfect medium well and the greens tasted as though they were slow cooked all day with hammocks. The lobster I'berville was delicious and the lobster and pasta texture was perfect. One thing I would say is the sauce with the pasta was a little too buttery. The lemon thyme cheesecake is yum!! A must go to spot. The staff was very accommodating and friendly

I wish there were six stars possible here. I realized when we arrived that I didn't pay close enough attention when I made reservations (for Delmonico's in Vegas), but they were very understanding and still managed to get us a table in the front dining room. In addition, they called Vegas and cancelled the error reservation for me. The food was everything you would expect from Emeril and more. The blueberry cheesecake bread pudding is to die for. Either order it first, or take half of your dinner home so you have room to enjoy it!

Amazing experience, the food and service were on point. I'm a simple guys that like expensive food and our waiter Kevin took excellent care of us. Next time I'm back in NOLA I will call ahead and make sure Kevin is working!

Amazing food, great service and a comfortable classy environment! We’ve eaten here twice now and both times it has exceeded our expectations. The Ribeye was THE BEST we’ve ever had. Also a great place to try the Pappy Van Winkle 23 year. It was pricey but worth it!

Came in for happy hour and was greeted by a gorgeous bartender named Brandi. She recommended some tremendously delicious dishes on the happy hour menu. We sampled several appetizers. I recommend the charbroiled oysters, crispy pork cheek, deviled eggs & shrimp and corn beignets. Thanks! We’ll be back!

This is a great place for a special meal. Start during happy hour for half price drinks and $5 small plates. Then took our wine to the dining room for an amazing meal!

It was so amazing. I ordered the lamb shank and it was so tender I just used my fork. I'd never had a plantain before, but it comes with it and thought it was really great too. My hubby ordered the 6 oz filet, brussel sprouts, and lyonnaise potatoes. The brussel sprouts were so tasty and were probably my favorite. We like to eat half then switch plates so we can try everything. The steak was tender and was served with 3 sauces. My favorite was the worcestershire, but the bernaise was great too. For dessert, if you don't get the blueberry cheesecake bread pudding, you will miss out. That was literally the best dessert I've had in NOLA. My only complaint was that I noticed that they don't really have vodka or rum drinks on the menu. I don't like whiskey which is what they mostly had. My husband loves it and had the barrel-aged vieux carre. He said he liked it. I would definitely recommend this place and would eat here again!

Way overpriced and snooty. I walked in the door at 4:32 pm on Saturday and was told to leave and return at 5 pm when they open. I should have gotten the hint then, but decided to wait. When I got back inside after sitting in my car for 28 minutes, they then asked me to move my car! I should never have gone back after moving the car, but I did, regretfully.
If you don't mind paying $35 for a cup and a half of bland mac & cheese with a tiny bit of crabmeat in it, then you must be crazy.
Watching three staff members get consumed by the wonder of why a menu won't close flat because it's cover is warped was slightly entertaining but totally stupid.
Superior Seafood blows this place out of the water in every aspect. I highly recommend going there instead.

I felt that I could not visit NOLA and not go to one of Emeril's places. Not a true 4 diamond steakhouse and simply does not measure up. I guess there is more to a good meal than the name on the building. (I am only giving the second star because my wife's coffee, beet salad and mac and cheese was good) First our server must have thought that a guy like me in a sweatshirt was not worth the trouble to tell us the specials, lucky for us we had a guy wearing a suit sit behind us so we heard what the specials were. SO no stars for service. Corn bread was ok, but they could use some help, it was dry and crumbly, very little taste. Gumbo was good, as was the stuffed mirliton. When I was served my Paneed Veal Bordelaise the smell of the teaspoon portion of crab on top made me sit back in my chair. We have a saying in the Florida Keys that goes something like this: "If it smells like fish, it is OLD fish". I scraped it off and told the server. He returned from the kitchen and told me that the chef said there was nothing wrong with the crab. I apologized to him, as the quality was out of his control. Oh, one of the specials was the addition of crab for $15. Now one would expect some sort of adjustment to the check, let's say maybe $15 for the bad crab sent back. NOPE! I simply paid the $150 check left a "not-as-big-as-normal" tip and jumped into my UBER, knowing that when I type the period at the end of this sentence I will never have to give thought to Emeril's again.

I just left. We went as we were sending my dad back to Boston. We had a wonderful time. Our server Shannon and her TEAM were awesome. I wish I had gotten both of their names because they deserve extremely high praise as well for the wonderful service and friendly humor. You 2 gentlemen were Great!!!
Huge wine list!! There is something for everyone.
The food was delicious. We had the oysters, boudin balls, and the royal reds which was a special for an appetizer. All 3 were highly recommend. Totally on point. We all had different entrees. My dad's steak was cooked and tasted wonderful. My shank was fall off the bone savory deliciousness. My wife's pork chop with bacon and mashed potatoes were perfect. But the best was yet to come. We were recommended the key lime ice box pie and the chocolate chip cookies with vanilla milk. Key Lime Ice Box Pie is Awesome!!!! Really, chocolate chip cookies I mean they are just chocolate chip cookies right. Nope. They were pretty much the best damn chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. Plus the vanilla milk that was paired with them was outstanding. I am so glad we went. Thank you again to Shannon and her TEAM!!! They made our night truly special. Thank you. We will be back.

The gumbo was absolutely delicious! My entree was the drum meunière and it was excellent. The waiter was so courteous and helpful in selecting the perfect wine! I will be looking for that wine when I return home! The restaurant is a gorgeous historic old home. Loved the entire experience.

The best of the best! I would highly recommend it!!

Great atmosphere some wonderful friendly staff. But one staffer stood out as very unprofessional, and arrogant. Another waiter described menu with great knowledge and enthusiasm. Francisco approached us leaned on the wall and asked"do you have any questions. He told us what was good and what was bad. REALLY. Drum fish, BBQ shrimp Great, salmon over cooked salty with over cooked corn from yesterday and cold mashed potatoes. Coffee creme brule runny. I would not return, main reason, he took my food back, microwaved the food reassembled the salmon put the skin back on, everything was just worse, he could not look me in the eye. Chef Ramsey rocks.

Best bone in ribeye I ever had. Have gone back several times over the years. Always steller food and service.

Best service in town! Food was exceptional. The Wagyu with house made Worcestershire sauce was spectacular however it was overshadowed by the best chocolate chip cookies and milk every made!
