Great place to eat and great atmosphere. Went here to carb up before the Rock n Roll Marathon and the place was a hit. Restaurant was very flexible with the menu and all of the food was excellent. Also have an enormous wine selection!
This was a nice discovery brought to me by a friend of mine.
We didn't have a reservation and the restaurant was hosting a wedding so we sat outside for dinner.
We ordered a few appetizers before out main courses and they were very delicious. The flavours were unique and the execution was perfect. The dish that stood out amongst the rest was the Polpettini; pork meatballs with broccoli, feta, mushrooms and pine nuts.
We asked to move inside after out appetizers and the hosts were accommodating to our request.
The interior is quite distinct: you get the feeling you are dining inside a fancy wine shop. The dining area is filled with tall bottle racks and the chandeliers were created with old wine bottles.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the quality of the service, the carefully executed dishes, and the great ambiance created.
This place rocked. You get to walk around and choose the wine you want, and the variety available is nuts! Our server, Chris, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was exquisite. The lasagna and boar cannelonni special were to die for. Truly a great place, with a nice romantic vibe.
Blakely was the best chef! She came to our table and catered to every allergy that I have and checked on us constantly! Definitely would recommend!
Pretty good dinner at this Italian restaurant. They have both indoor and outpost seating on the sidewalk.
Was hoping to do some carbon loading the night before the big run and this place did not let down.
Came just in time to still get happy hour prices on drinks and apps. Everything was 1/2 price including the wine by the glass. They have wine by the bottle but none is on the list. You just have to go through the collection to see what they have.
Started with a nice sparkling rose to go with the steamed mussel. Yum. The. Got a Pinot Noir to go with the Pasta Bolognese. Besides the meat sauce it also came with two large meatballs.
My SO got the pasta with seafood in a cream sauce. All delicious.
Was so full had to skip the desert.
WOULD GIVE 6 STARS - if I could! Fantastic, one of the best dinners I've ever had. And at least by CA standards not that expensive. Fantastic crab/shrimp /lobster pasta. Fried Brussels sprouts were awesome. Canoli desert yum. Service great. Recommended to all.
Wow the chef is amazing. The dessert are best I ever had. The salmon was incredible. I'm from the Northwest. The best I ever had.
I took my best friend here for her birthday and our waiter Renee was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was amazing and they generous with the seafood.
Excellent service and great food and drinks, especially the wine. Some items are pricey but you should be able to find something reasonable and on par with most restaurants in the area.
