Subway

Worst subway I've ever been to. The staff was clueless to price or how to make something properly, was charged for a footlong but only got a six inch wrap. When explained to on how to fix it she looked at me and said " I don't know how to do wraps." She continued to just stare at until I just got annoyed and paid for it and walked out. Will never visit this subway again I will drive out of town to get better service than what these people could offer.

New Haven, IN ...They served four customers inside before they got to me. At least they let me know before the wait. Seems like they should work inside orders at the same time as drive thru. Probably short staffed like many other places. Food was standard subway but I feel.they always skimp on the toppings when you go through the drive thru.

I had placed an app order for pickup, in the ten minutes before I had picked up my 1 year old son who was asleep at the sitter and had spilled his bottle over him, so he was soaked. I asked in drive through could I please grab my order and the lady working said no. I received a call and was on the phone in parking lot, when a gentleman working there carried my order out and said it was too cold to take my baby out. He had heard me over the headset. That IS A HUGE DEAL for me! I wanted to tip him but was in middle of phone call. That young man was EXCELLENT customer service, and the food was good. The lady who claims to be a district manager at this store is very rude to the customers. Said customer has left the store and her and the other employee are finding joy in talking trash on this individual, while the 6 individuals in the store have to here it. My experience at the store was fine but this display while I'm dining in by the "district manager" is fully unacceptable and I won't be returning to this location because of this. Also in finishing writing this, they are still talking negatively about the customer and the experience they had while failing to provide what they are paid to do. Customer service.

Very poor showing of professionalism. Sat in the drive-thru for 6 minutes behind another car; rather than actually ordering her food, the driver was having a meaningless conversation with the two male employees working inside. At one point, one of the boys asked if there were any cars behind her, to which she said yes, and he proceeded to whine and state, "aww, I don't want to do any more work!" She responded by suggesting that she say they're closed, they both laughed, and she said "we're closed" . At that point, I left. I wouldn't even have given this one star, but I had to give it something in order to post. I love Subway, but I will never go back to the New Haven one on 930!
