Nice spot for drinks, their Japanese old-fashioned is different! Purists may not approve but I was curious. Visited them once while on the way back from a race in Charlemont, MA. We were lucky to be seated at a high top without a wait around 5pm before it became too busy. Service was friendly and helpful. Aside from the Japanese old fashioned, we tried their truffle fries which came in a big serving size. Bathrooms looked nice with just 1 oddity being the seat wouldn’t seem to stay up on the toilet which led to, presumably, the prior male occupant having difficulties aiming 😂

I went to the place during the day to inquire about accommodation for a group party during the day, door was open and man was behind the bar, no reason to think I’d be crossing any boundaries, was met by a huge dog and a man aggressively saying “you can’t come in” then he came to the front window and just scowling. Not a good experience. What was the profile? Still people that have a business serving the community indiscriminately should be nice.

Always a great night at my favorite gem in NH. Chef Olivier, Keegan, and Will nailed bespoke service with a smile. Church keys, crowd pleased. This treasure never disappoints new friends and returning friends. Always ready to come back sooner than later!

A unique modern vibe, we sat outside in an igloo and enjoyed tastefully prepared menu items. Margherita Pizza, Beef tartare, oysters, charcuterie, duck confit, venison osso bucco, salmon and lobster ravioli. Nice cocktail list as well. Knowledgeable attentive staff too good care of us. All the best for 116 Crown

Great cocktails. Make sure to try the truffle fries. A little overpriced but altogether a great place in New Haven to have a chill night out with friends. Service, however, is a little slow, even when the bar is not crowded - we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the bill and had to ask multiple times. On another occasion, we waited over an hour for the truffle fries.

Love 116 crown! They have the igloos for outdoor dining. Food was pretty good but I honestly didn’t love the lobster ravioli (pictured)
