Fast and caring service, it only took last than 3 mins for my dine-in 2 orders. The manager even asked us "Is everything ok?" while eating. On my way out, I added on three chocolate chips and two apple pie. It was already packed before the credit-card machined processed the transaction. The BEST McDonalds I had so far in US.

Really nice workers. Very few times have I gotten the wrong thing. They always fix it if they do mess up, which is rare. Excellent service using the drive thru. I go every day.

I eat here about once a month. So far, I haven't had a problem with my food or the service. Foods always neatly packaged, not just thrown together like most McDonald's. The girls at the window or always pleasant and smile.

One of the most fast drive thrus in New Castle and the order was correct with napkins!! Bonus!!! The shake machine works here, WIN!!

Just got a couple of sausage biscuits and a large sweet tea, they were good , the sweetness of the tea needs to be cut back a tad .
