Krispy Kreme

I went through the drive thru to get a dozen of doughnuts. The doughnuts were great but the service was not so great. After I had place my order, I was waiting for about 5 minutes to let me know li is ok to pull up to the window. You can hear through the microphone that they were talking to each other and forgot I was there. Then when I got to the window to pay it seems that the person had an attitude. As I said before the doughnuts were great but the service was sub standard.

This location is a frying facility that distributes fresh donuts in the northern Delaware and South New Jersey region. The "hot" light is on often and when you get them hot they melt in your mouth! Most weekends this location offers buy 1 original dozen get 1 free, or half off of the 2nd dozen. An original dozen runs about $11.49 (no tax in Delaware). The drive-thru service for this location does not work well with their Krispy Kreme phone app special purchases. We have a problem whenever pre-purchasing multiple dozens for pick up at this location. No-fault of the employees there, but K.K. corporate has to rectify this. We often have to hand our phone screen over to a cashier who then turns to get a manager for help with their system to be corrected. They do not let those donuts go on the benefit of the doubt. They make you go through the gauntlet before honoring the deal in any discrepancy at this location, but they normally come through so we always go back.

My mom and I just drove in the rain because he sliced donuts, and still got service when the workers wanted to go home. I’m gluten free but, my mom loves donuts to treat herself on rare times. Today she had a really tough day with her coworkers, and the sweetest lady there gave us extra donuts when we payed for two; even though it was close to closing hours.

We love Krispy Kreme and today was our fourth time going to this location as it is the closest to us.. we honestly love the donuts but feel uncomfortable eating or even going inside the store as the staff always has attitudes and are rude to us.. why even work in customer service if you are going to have an attitude? the manager today mentioned to an employee(in front of us) that she can say no to a customer and that she doesn't like dealing with people.. really bad standards here. Was also a little confused as to why the Easter mini's said 2.49 for 2 on the case but on the board behind the donuts said you can only get 16 Easter donuts in a pack and not a single 2 pack.. it was a little confusing and misleading plus it didn't help the NEW girl serving us didn't know and had to ask the manager who told us you can only get the 16 pack yet another girl came and said 2 packs are available. I LOVE your donuts Krispy Kreme I just hate this location. I think next time I will take the extra 50 mins and drive to Audubon the staff there is always nice and happy to serve people.
