I placed my order online at 10:38 a.m. I received an automatic response confirming the order would be done by 11:02 a.m. I parked at Curb Side spot #5 at 10:52 a.m. I ended up having to check in with the front desk 3 times before my order was said to be done at 12:04 p.m. --an entire hour after it had indicated. I took my order to my car, and did a quick check to ensure there were no missing items. I noticed the onion rings I had ordered was missing. I went back to inform the front desk, who quickly took the order to the kitchen and returned with an order of onion rings. I asked to speak with the Manager, who was responsible for the lack of follow-through. The Manager, Joseph Mastiff (last name might be incorrect), came out to address me, because he certainly did not address my concern. After explaining to him the situation, he responded as if perplexed, and he said, "I don't understand what you want me to do." I said that I would like a refund. His comment was, "How much did you spend," as if to say, 'You didn't spend a lot of money --why would you need a refund?' He stated he could take my order back, and then refund me. He said he could give me a coupon for a free stack of pancakes. I asked for his name, and I left. When I got home, I opened my order to eat, and noticed my onion rings and toast were burnt, and my order was incorrect. I ordered the 2×2×2 with turkey sausages not turkey bacon --and yet my order came (incorrectly) with the latter. I chalk this up to poor management. The Manager did not handle this situation with empathy; he merely described his own issues with his employees as opposed to addressing my lack of satisfaction with the service. I would like for this to be resolved. Please respond with a resolution.

I’m very disappointed. My pancakes are super small. Ive never been to an ihop that sold small pancakes like the ones I received today. The manager blamed the last cook saying he made them too big but he actually makes them the size all other IHOP’s make theirs. Apparently they “fired” him instead of telling him to cut the size down 🤔… He made them the same size shown in the photos and advertised. I won’t be coming back to this ihop again. They also have shortened my steak tips and gave me one egg instead of 2 before with a bunch of cheese. Waste of money.. I’m so annoyed

My preference for breakfast differs from the general public. Visited this spot pursuant to my family's suggestion. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Or server was very polite & took the order promptly. Coffee was brought to the table shortly thereafter THEN WE WAITED 50 MINUTES... No food was served. Our waitress advised there was a problem in the kitchen. We waited 5 more minutes. My day's dose of patience was gone. Left a small tip for the partial service and I don't ever plan to visit this place again👎🏾👎🏾

The food was very good and the service was awesome. We did have to wait 35 minutes for our food due to not enough kitchen help. I truly hope they resolve that issue for the overall experience was great

This last experience, ended my fill for IHOP. The waitress was very rude. I placed an order for a child's order of French fries and onion rings and me chicken tenders and fries with no salt. She kept repeating no salt... Like that's so odd 😒 I later found out the children fries and onion rings were a happy hour item. Why give a happy hour menu when it's 12pm😩 when i inquired about the child's order, she gets upset saying I got you what you ordered, wanted to become argumentative, pointing her finger.... She's very lucky I had my baby with me because I was about to ask her what the heck was her problem. She threw napkins at us well paper towels and kept walking when my mom asked for extra napkins. Never asked if our order was on a single check or not. Apparently that became a slight issue. My mom's food was partially cooked. She never refilled our drinks. She was just rude and nasty for no reason. I really hope she wasn't surprised that she didn't receive a tip.

I had a breakfast sampler. As with most of my experiences with IHOP, the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good, but the pancakes are always exceptional. I can't do their super sugary pancake options but give me some of their regular pancakes any day.

I just left here with my kids about an hour ago. Awesome experience. My waitress was very nice to my children. She also took a pic of me and my kids together. I don't know your name ma'am but you made my day. Bless you.

I had the 2 x 2 x 2. Which is 2 eggs, two pieces of either bacon or sausage and 2 pancakes. This way you get a little bit of everything and the price wasn't bad either. It was so good and so was the staff. Attentive and kind.
