It is an unfortunate situation that Google maps does not allow me to give a zero star rating. I have absolutely no idea what is transpiring inside the store, but nobody’s answering the drive through headset, the telephones, and it appears somebody is inside yelling. I saw two people working, one of which was wearing very large plate sunglasses with reflective blue lenses and another one a black apron and a black hat. But still, no answer, no concern, and no drive or ambition to do the correct thing for their customers. I would say to avoid this place at all costs. Taco Bell corporate or the owner of this franchise store, which ever it may be, you’re really better get the act together.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Went to this location on Wednesday night. The menu lights were mostly out and when we got to the window they left it open for the entire 20 mins we waiting for our food.The man at the window informed us they were running out of everything and didn’t know how they were going to complete anyones orders. Once we got home we found issues with just about everything we ordered. The worst part however though is that my husband and I both ended up with food poisoning. Will never eat here again and plan on calling corporate once I have the energy.

Drive thru was wrapped out to the street. Didn't get anything in the $80 order wrong. Moved at a reasonable pace considering it was late and super busy. Drive thru time total maybe 15min. Order time to window 5min and window time 3

If I could leave a zero stars I would. They don't pay attention when you place your order. And don't bother asking for extra sour cream. You'll get a teaspoon in a tiny container. Always get the worst service. 😡😡😡😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😤😤😤

Had two separate orders for drive thru. 1st order - deluxe cravings box. I had then asked for a (1) Doritos Locos Taco and stated that that was a separate order. I was then told that there was not have enough meat for the taco in the 2nd order UNLESS I kept it all as one order. Confused, I reiterated and she confirmed the same senseless reasoning as to why we couldn't have two orders. I was forced to keep all as one order or be left with no Dorito Taco.
So, for whatever crazy reason - I'm thinking she did not want to have to separate the orders and the lack of meat was an excuse- I had to place the one order, then make an unnecessary stop afterwards to get cash back to repay for the single taco.
I was absolutely speechless - my mind is still blown. Quite frankly, that experience will effect any future taco bell trips - as that will be the last.

The food was good, but 1.89 for a regular hard taco is ridiculous. It wasn't too long ago they were 1.19 .
