Pizza Hut menu was not actually available, with no update to any website or signage suggesting otherwise at location. Don’t waste your time if you want Pizza Hut. It’s just a Taco Bell.

I Lovee Pizza Hut. 🍕 But this is NOT a pizza hut. It's a pizza hut express. Only serving personal pizzas. Listen up pizza hut, PLEASEEEEE bring back your normal restaurants. Please. I wanna see 2000 new locations by next year. Please make it happen. Then you'll get your 5 stars.

For starters they did not have cheese pizza they only had pepperoni pizza we ordered a cheese quesadilla it came back uncooked we got some nacho fries and they were cold and disappointing we ordered a burrito but we never received it and when we tried to add it back on they gave us attitude and finally we ordered a pepperoni pizza the cheese was stale 1 star would give it 0 if I could

Why do they have Pizza Hut on the sign if they almost always say they're out of pizza? This has happened 3 of the last 4 times we've tried getting food here. 8 pm tonight, earlier on the other nights. The one time they did have bread sticks, they were old and nasty. If you're up for Taco Bell, this is the place for you. If you want Pizza Hut, save your time and go to a different location.

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would it took 45 minutes to get my food they have no sense of urgency at Location you're better off going to the one New Britain or just going next store to Chipotle

Pizza hut express is available at select taco bell restaurants and a most of the target cafe restaurants all the pizza hut restaurants in CT are permanently closed.

Extremely slow service. Waited 15 minutes. Only 2 orders were filled of the 10 people waiting. They told us mobile and drive thru had to be done 1st. I got a refund and left.
