Mofongo

I had this delivered. Perhaps they were out of the dressing I ordered with this salad (the one included in the description of this salad). So they sent me FOUR other dressings that I did NOT order. But I ordered this BECAUSE of the dressing. They should have called me to ASK what I wanted. I would have chosen a different menu item—not this salad (which was actually pretty gross). We live way out in the country & never have the opportunity to order delivery. But my experience using delivery is universally terrible. I don’t know how any restaurant will survive such poor customer service. In my rural area, businesses still care about customer service. If they don’t, they go out of business quickly. Too bad so many people in the city are willing to put up with it.

I believe it was Alexandria and Danielle working Tuesday night and I must say their customer service is impressive. I had a difficult order and both ladies were patient plus answered all of my questions. When I went to pickup my order and there was a mistake, they fixed it without any issues. Great workers with great attitudes

I've tried to give this place a chance 3 times now and each time they disappoint me even more. When they first started out, I loved the empanadas because they were fresh and tasted amazing. Idk if they changed the cook but the last three times I've ordered, the food has been cold and the flavor is not the same. I placed an order with ubereats and I kindly put in the notes if they could make the empanadas fresh. I ended up waiting so long that the first delivery person left and someone else had to go pick up the order. I wasn't mad because I thought that they were being made fresh, but to my disappointment when I got them they looked refried and were cold. The drive to my house is only like 4 mins so if they had been fresh, but the time they got to me they would've still been warm but they were just cold. Also they add so much green pepper , that I think there was more green pepper than chicken in my empanada( I included a picture of all the pepper I managed to pick out of only one, there was still a bunch of green pepper left). This place is a disgrace to Puerto rican food, honestly please find somewhere else to get PR food or if you want empanadas, go buy yourself a box from price right and fry them yourselves. They'll taste a hundred times better. The alcapurria bite was even worse, it was hard and had like three huge chunks of green pepper in it as well and it was also cold and soggy but also stale ( idk how they managed to do that)

My first and experience and the worst. I am waiting on the line for 10 min and twice when we about to order this manager interrupted the employee so he can sign some paperwork leaving us again on waiting instead of this manager taking our order would be nice and respectful. In my magement experience on restaurant this management lacks of skills to provide excellent customer service.

Worst of the worst. Ordered them for a 2 yr old birthday party catering. Contract done etc. Due to arrive at 11:30am. They turned off their phones and never showed. Awesome. Thanks for ruining the party. Don’t give these people business. Processing refund through CC, but my gosh, you just don’t show up for a catering event and turn off your phone? I never leave online reviews because I figure if something is bad it may be a fluke and I hate to damage a family business. You guys are awful! What a terrible thing to do. DO NOT CATER WITH THESE PEoPLE. In over a decade I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review online….. but this deserved it. At least it was friends and family so we could laugh about it, but you know darn sure for the rest of my life, I will always mention this place when someone says the word catering.

I had a really bad experience. We got the food really late, we got a completely different order, even items not on our list, missing items and a HAIR IN OUR FOOD. I’m very upset with their service, and noooo oneee answers the phone. BOTH NUMBERS, no answer. They answered one time and I kept saying hello, and no one answered, they were having a full conversation with a customer on the phone. If you check my receipt, I ordered 3 pasión fruit juices and I got strawberry juice which tasted like koolaid. In our huge pernil family meal, we ordered white rice, a side of beans, all toppings and pork chop, which we never received. We never got our papa rellena bites nor our Pepsi’s. And as you see the flan, there is a hair IN the flan, not on top, meaning it could not have been us. It was cooked in the flan.
