Dunkin'

Great staff... I get my coffee here every day, sometimes 2-3 times per day... If the staff see me walking toward the store, most times my coffee is made by the time i walk in the door (and before I even get to the register to pay for it)... though, I usually order through the mobile app... but even then I order it when I am only 2 stores in the plaza away... and it is still done and waiting for me when I walk in... all the staff there know me... Great place with great employees...

The service was friendly and accurate but the line was out the door. It wasn't the employees' fault as their were only 2 of them. I saw a hiring sign but at the same time I got asked for spare change by a bum outside. I'm not sure how we became so inefficient as a society. Besides the wait though the small staff of 2 was very friendly and working as fast they could. I'm sorry the lack of hiring may be due to macroeconomics and not the fault of management but I can't give 5 stars after waiting almost a halfhour for a cup of joe.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is not the newer inventory of the restaurant, but probably something that’s been around for a while. Lol. There is the homeless element that hangs around this location. However, i must say that the staff was nice and attentive. My food was hot, and the coffee was made just right. I get it, it’s not the best atmosphere to study or do work, but to run in and grab what you need then leave, it’s perfect 👍🏾

Definitely not going to this dunkin at night anymore! The kid that is there by himself takes a very long time to get your order right. He had to remake my iced caramel craze a couple times and he's even reading the instructions on how to make It. My boyfriend and I think he's just too high to comprehend the instructions. He can't handle this job in my opinion and this is our favorite dunkin donuts in the morning. The ladies that work 1st shift are the best! They're kind and fast and create a very positive atmosphere in the morning. Its always a pleasure going there....except at night 🙄 please re-train this kid or at least don't let him work alone.he was eating in the back last weekend and made us wait to take our order while he stuffed his face and came out with dirty unwashed hands and food on his face. Just....wow dude

Terrible service, lot's of loitering. Ordered one iced coffee, very simple order. I always order it the same way. Medium iced coffee, 1 squirt of mocha swirl, 4 creams. Two young ladies asked me to repeat my order 4 times and they got it completely wrong. No mocha swirl, barely any cream, coffee was bitter. It was awful!
