Max Pizza Ii

Absolutely horrible. Wish I could give 0 stars because 1 is being generous. Ordered delivery - didn’t receive half the order. The boneless Buffalo wings were so soggy and disgusting. My shrimp platter didn’t come with the coleslaw. There was 6 small shrimp in the entire platter - 90% breading. The chicken parm meal was missing the side salad. 0/10 experience don’t waste your time.

Very bad delivery service. Bad customer service. I noticed looking at the other reviews that they had promised that they would do better. That was a joke. They are still having issues with delivery. First I waited a hour for the food then they forgot half my order and then had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes to get the rest of my order. Smh. Dont patronize your customers. Don't order the cinnamon knots they are horrible. I paid over 100.00 for my order for my coworkers and myself not worth the money. The hamburgers where also nasty. Smh never ordering from MAX PIZZA AGAIN.....

Looking for some pizza or pasta quick and fairly priced? Come visit Max Pizza II in New Britain. Friendly staff and quick service! I got the ziti with meatballs and it was delicious! It can with soup, but I ate it before I realized I should be writing a review! LOL! It was also delicious. They have a nice clean restaurant and polite wait staff. It is definitely worth a try!

I have been goin here for a long period of time and , i really enjoy the pizza and wings no complain there BUT my last visit I wanted to try their pasta and unfortunately was more of a soup than spaghetti very much disappointed, their waitress was not our regular was the lady with the black hair training 2 young new employees, and even though she know we are regular and she knew I was not happy or intact enjoy my meal she charge me full price , but pizza and wings go for it ,and before anything i am a good customer i visit or dine in about 5 time a month or more , spend about 75 in each visit my usual ,coffee, pitch of soda , pizza and wing for all 4 of us

Last night I went to MaxPizza2 it was 8: 22 the waiter didnot want to serve me saying it was late and that she didnot want to clean the tables again and I told her we just want a small pizza. Itold he there is plenty of time . I called the owner the next day he was rude to me he was screaming I told him if you dont want to close at 9 you should have a sign onthe door .

Horrible horrible experience walk in around noon time on 3/22/2022 Tuesday and the women behind the counter was completely high so I sat down ordered a pizza with my husband and we see other customers come and also notice that the women behind the counter is nodding in and out and so as a women who has seen active addiction I knew the signs IMMEDIATELY. She doesn’t ask how your meal is how your doing you have to get up and get your own napkins and salt and pepper.. sad I will NOT be going back to this establishment anymore it made me uncomfortable and didn’t really want to tip bc I know where the money will be going and before you say something like oh I’m sorry she was probably tired let’s just begin with no that’s not the case that is always the first excuse for why an addict is nodding personally I would drug test your staff just so you have a piece of mind that hmm my establishment that I put my hard earned money and time in isn’t being run by people who have a disease that makes other customers uncomfortable or not want to return
