Normally I have good experience ordering from the New Boston Pizza Hut. But this time it wasn't all that great. I received the worst pizza I ever got from here. I decided to try the new Detroit pizza. It looked very delicious from the previews. I order the meat lovers one on the online page and requested to add onions and diced tomatoes to it. I was charged for both, but never received my tomatoes on it and it had very little onion on it. Wasn't happy to be charged for something I never received. But that's not the worst part. They never added the pizza sauce that's suppose to come with it. I ate two slices, but it was very dry and bland without sauce. The only sauce I had was that tiny little cup they give you for breadsticks. Which by the way, isn't enough sauce for five breadsticks. I'm not a happy customer. If I lived close by I would have sent it back and request for a new pizza or my money back. But I'm not driving 20 minutes away again for another pizza. So instead I decided to leave a review. Which is something I normally don't do.

Their management has gone downhill. Last time I went, they didn't have my wings ready with my food because "the other employees ate them". Their own words. This time they sent me around to the side to wait for my food. A fair request. They then forgot about me and had me wait an extra 20 minutes till I went in to get it myself. Needs some serious leadership.

Nasty in restaurant & bathroom,colder than a freezer, no condiments, nothing on the tables, couldn't get a fork, no napkin, for 2 people we received 1 plate,said they were out, acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us we had to go to them they wouldn't come to us we were the only customers in the place I can see why,charged for large when we had a medium . I could write it and it hurt me to write it that high. Do not recommend will not return.

The gentleman working the drive-thru window was extremely polite, expedient and friendly. Our order was ready when we arrived, and the order was exactly correct. This was an improvement upon some past visits, and on New Years Eve no less. Much appreciated!

The employees are very patient, & so nice & helpful. I walked inside & ordered carry-out & I was more than satisfied with my experience there. The food tasted great as well & My order was accurate & fresh out of the oven. I will definitely return in the near future.

I did the online order the pizza and service was great. But turns out I got double charged. I got a phone call around 9:30 pm asking if I was gonna pick up my pizza explained I had already picked up my order around 6 pm. She said they must not have cleared the order. That got me concerned so I checked my card and there was another charge. If I had known I would have tried to get it reversed then or at least picked up the order. Will not use the app or online ordering again

They didn’t have the ingredients I ordered originally in stock and they didn’t have boneless wings in stock. I ordered the pizza box and I really didn’t get anything I wanted. Also, it came with NO marinara for my bread sticks?? Unsure why… I had to pay .55 per ranch as well…

Ordered a thus crust for my grand son and they called back and said they were out of thin crust...wth...your a pizza restaurant how can you not know how to make a thin crust...only certain people make your crusts...or do you order them...idk..back in the day..they made every crust by hand....had to settle for hand tossed crust...i guess ill just have to start making my own at home..
