Subway

Been here a few times and the food was great. BUT and a huge BUT they did something very wrong and a health inspector would shut them down if they saw this. I was in line to order and the order in front of me was being made. The sandwich maker dropped the tray, that the food in heated up on, on to the ground. He picked it up and then put the food on the tray. He never replaced the tray or washed his hands. Well I decided that I was not going to order. I asked for the manager and was directed to the one in charge. A boy about 18 that did not look like the manager. I told him what happened and he asked me if that was my order. Like I should not say anything unless that was my food. I told him no but it does not matter. That that was very unsanitary and that I would not get food from here ever again. If they do that with a tray that falls on the ground, what else do they do that is so nasty.

Definitely don't waste your money on the brisket sub. They barely even put any meat on it like two thin pieces. Doesn't look anything like their picture. And the bread was nearly burnt. Guy asking for one anyting else summer sandwich other than the meat cheese and sauce it came with. I was like yeah you could put some meat on it. The only reason I paid for it was they run it up before it got out of the oven. Subway if the ingredients cost too much to make a decent sandwich and you still be able to turn a profit then just don't sell that sandwich!!!

Don't bother ordering a chopped salad using online ordering or the app and expecting your salad to actually be chopped. Even if you put in the instructions, "please chop salad", your salad will not be chopped. Because apparently restaurant staff have no possible way of seeing the special instructions that a customer places on their order.
