Kfc

The food we received was awesome. The people were really nice but... Our order wasn't complete. Thier phone rings and then makes a high pitched tone after awhile. We will probably go back just have to check the bag before we leave. We were missing mash potatoes and coleslaw. We had to pull up and wait 10 mins for fries. If they figure out a way to make it up to us I'll change my review, but they don't answer the phone.

Ordered famous bowl after paying she says sorry but popcorn chicken for the bowl will be 9 mins longer or do you just want the bowl without chicken.. I didn't want to wait so I asked if I still pay 8$ for it and she said sorry but yeah.. and gave me free cookie.. never again... Also forgot the BBQ sauce for then tenders meal also ordered.

This is the 2nd time I was shorted from ordering a 16 piece and only getting a 12. They were missing the biscuits also. They also did not have the lobby open for “quick pickup” and had to wait longer than anticipated. When I called to mention something, their phone went straight to a high pitched tone. I enjoy KFC periodically, but unless remedied by their business, I don’t think I’ll go back. Especially after reading another similar post prior to writing this.

Went to this location for some lunch order a seven piece tender with root beer and kfc spicy sauce to dip the tenders. Paid and received more order, never received my drink try to wave someone down thru the window. Not sure if I just wasn't seen or ignored but after a couple of minutes and seeing other customers pulling up I left without my drink. Also noticed that that sauces I asked for along with a honey packet was missing which seems to be a common issue at this location. Otherwise the customer service was pretty good.

Thought I would give KFC a try again. Even downloaded the app and paid for my family’s dinner as to give them plenty of time to prepare my food. Given the fact it’s New Year’s Eve I made sure I placed my order and paid early. Pulled in at 6:25. Sign said holiday hours they closed at 7. No problem. No employees. Dark and closed. Lost $31.80 and now I sit In Popeyes drive-thru. Spent another $42 to feed my family. I cannot believe this place stays in business.
