Tim Hortons

Like I said in previous reviews, customer service means everything to me. From start to finish, I was only there approximately 8 minutes. That was from the time I pulled into the parking lot, to the time I was through the entire drive-thru line and on my way. I'm sure it would have been faster had the person in front of me knew what they wanted to order when they got up to the speaker. But I was very happy with the speed of service considering it was 8:30 in the morning on a Friday. The lady on the speaker was super nice and polite and that transition right onto the gentleman that handed me my food at the window. I will definitely visit this Tim Hortons again!

When you order donuts, you expect them to be in a box. I received them from ordering online in a bag, smashed together. The chocolate now smashed against the bag. When I tried to call the store, you directed to a recording. No calls being accepted. I drove to the store to complain, first, they try to tell me that it's doordash's fault. They didnt package the items. Then they said they had no boxes, hmmm what's this? Then they all had attitudes and laughing. Poor customer service and no satisfaction. I guess I will be going to Dunkin Donuts. You lost a weekly customer.

This location needs to get its stuff together their hours are terrible. I stopped to get a coffee after work and they closed at 3 pm because of Thanksgiving.they haven't had the lobby open since I don't know when. many people like me would rather go inside to avoid the mistakes at the drive thru. maybe some day they will realize the errors they are making by leaving customers in last place and try to cater to us more in the future.
