Ben & Jerry's

Amazing place. Employees are super polite and get to your order very quickly. They give you massive scoops. I asked for 2 scoops and it was the largest 2 scoops of ice cream I've ever eaten. I had to throw away a third of it due to the sugar rush. Highly recommend this location. It's kept very clean and sanitary.

If I ever had to choose between Ben & Jerry's and Cold Stone, I will always choose Ben & Jerry's. I love the variety of flavors they offer, my favorite/go-to is the Stephen Colbert The Amercon Dream. If you guys never had it before I strongly recommend it. As far as the location goes, I think it's awesome and it's extremely convenient that it's located right outside of the mall. The staff is crazy friendly and helpful when it comes to helping you decided what flavor to choose. Overall great place and really good. I can't wait to visit this place again. *********************Reply to owner********************************** I would suggest to move some of your tables outside. This would provide more space inside and not feel as tight. Especially, when you have a larger crowd waiting in line. Other than that, you guys did a great job and I would visit this place again.

I called to order an ice cream cake because the website said to call directly if a cake is needed sooner than within 48 hours. I was hoping to get a cake within 24 hours. I feel that I was greeted in a very surly way and it was explained to me that cakes need a minimum of 48 hours notice. I referred to what the website stated and I was told that was incorrect. I ended up calling Cold Stone and they said no problem and made the cake. If the website is inaccurate, I feel like the store should try harder to make it work for a customer paying $50 for a cake. Yhe website should also be updated. The attitude of this person was really poor in my opinion. The person on the phone (name witheld) said they were the manager.
