Hardee's

I had a horrible experience at this location and will NEVER return. Hardee's was recommended to me by a family member and stated how the food was really good and the prices were reasonable. At about 12:15 a.m. I stopped at this location before traveling out of town, I place my order and proceed to ask the drive thru lady if the burger comes with mayo & mustard (which I could barely understand her). So I ask the question again and I hear in the background someone say (in a "ugly" tone) "it comes with mustard"! I ignore it, but then I ask if it is extra to add mayo & mustard (the background voice is heard again) "it comes with mustard". I get frustrated because she had no reason to jump in when I am not placing the order with her. I then say ugh...they can just cancel my order. I drive up to the window... the girl at the window opens it and begins to laugh....(in my head what is funny)...YOU ARE TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL)...I look in and this MANAGER.....stares at me and say..."HEY"-let me state she was very UGLY WITH HER HEY!! I reply "Hey" and she tells the girl to cancel the order and close the window! I drive off.

When I walked in Hardee’s it was a mess. One person is working drive-thru and front counter I asked the young lady is she okay but tears was running down her eyes. She had no help people do not wear gloves when making food one person flipped my burger bareheaded. It’s young managers that just sit in the office and let the workers be by themselves and also some cutting people check how you work 2 weeks & earn 300 working full time. I lost my card one day and I heard in the back they better cool it because it’s not my problem and another thing THE General manager doing shady stuff heard some employees saying she taking money out the safe maybe that’s why people checks getting cut THEY HAVE THE MOST NASTIEST ATTITUDES DONT GO HERE NASTY WAYS TREAT THEY WORKERS LIKE TRASH AND BE RUNNING CRAZY DOING BOTH CASHIER JOBS
