This location is focused on volume over service. Lady at drive through couldn’t pay attention well enough to get our order correct. At the window, no interest in fixing. “You get what you get. I don’t give a sh!t”

Very disappointed went into McDonald's today7/11/22@ 5pm on Hearne. It was a female employee there sweeping, making milk shakes and talking to fellow employees in and out the door very poor customer service. I was wondering when she was going to wash her hands.Need a responsible person foe evening shift smh,come on McDonald's

I wanted a drink only they got my money and when I get to the window. I'm told to pull forward they will bring my drink out. If it's so hard to fill a drink cup. Maybe they should go out of business. I haven't had a burger foom MacDonald for35 years only breakfast. Can't stand the sauce or the buns........

Stopped by to get Breakfast through the drive thru lady who took our order was nice the guy who gave us our food on the other hand was not our order was wrong and when we asked for strawberry and grape jelly he said “I heard you” very rude he obviously did not hear us because he only gave us grape jelly if you dont like your job just quit no need to be rude to customers also (CHECK YOUR ORDER) ours was wrong

Usually I love going to Mcdonald's, but this location is just too windy.. everytime I go here my hair looks awful afterwards. Do NOT go here if you have to go to a meeting with your boss. It cost me my job. Would not recommend.

9-27-19 Friday morning. The restaurant was clean. The food was consistent with other mc Donald’s locations. No one was really sociable other then the lady cleaning. Overall I would return to this location.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION, I GAVE CHANGE & IT WAS TO GET DOLLARS IN RETURN (NO MORE CHANGE BACK) & THEY NEEDED 3 PPL TO COUNT OUT THE CHANGE COMING BACK TO ME & I ONLY GAVE $20.81 WHICH THE ORDER WAS FOR $13.81. PRIOR TO THE CHANGE ISSUE WHILE I WAS ORDERING I GAVE A DISCOUNT CODE FROM THE MCDONALDS APP. THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAD ENTERED THE ORDER IN INCORRECTLY TO APPLY THE DISCOUNT. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE TRAINED MORE EFFICIENTLY & AFFECTIVELY. NO ONE APOLOGIZED & MY FRIES WERE COLD. 1 STAR SERVICE
